I think the new Dexter series "Dexter Original Sin" is pretty good. There's also a "Dexter Resurrection" series coming out in 2025. And I'm waiting for Fallout season 2, but I just realized it's scheduled for 2026, so it's going to be a long wait. But Macaulay Culkin will be in it, and as a Home Alone 1 and 2 fan, that makes me very happy
My Top 10 Most Anticipated TV Shows of 2025: 1. Dexter Resurrection 2. The White Lotus Season 3 3. Stranger Things Season 5 4. Peacemaker Season 2 5. Shrinking Season 3 6. Wednesday Season 2 7. IT: Welcome to Derry 8. Gen V Season 2 9. Chad Powers 10. The Morning Show Season 4 HM: The Last of Us Season 2, Alien: Earth, American Horror Story Season 13
For the release date of The Last of Us season 2, you can almost guess it by looking at when The white Lotus ends, add a week or two, then you have an idea when it would be coming out. So that would be sometimes in the second half of April. Obviously its not guaranteed but I would almost bet on it
It's crazy how nowadays most anticipated shows must be a sequel to some original screenplay (or even based on an existing video game). I personally look forward to the next original content that will go viral just like the squid game.
Well that's the thing, I can't really anticipate something if I know nothing about it or that it even will exist. But I am always looking forward to the next new thing for sure.
@@MovieFusion Exactly!!! People complain a lot about this these days like It's something urgent or something😂😂 How tf Im gonna be excited for a show that didin't start yet and I don't even know If It's gonna be good?😂
Aspect ratio definitely matters. But for me, it doesn’t matter enough to change how I view a show. If the acting, dialogue, writing, and music is all good. The show is going to be a good one for me regardless of the aspect ratio that was used. I honestly didn’t even notice the change in Agatha All Along until you mentioned it during your reaction. 😂
Just curious, what do you mean when you talk about the aspect ratio in Daredevil Born Again needing to be the same as the original show to have the same tone and feel? I don’t really understand your point, what does an aspect ratio have to do with the tone and feel of the show?
It's honestly very hard to explain, but I do think aspect ratios play a big role in the feel of a show or movie. Hence why some films will change the aspect ratio depending on the scene. I personally prefer the aspect ratio of the original Daredevil show, and I think changing it will change the feel at least a little bit.
@ a lot of the new MCU Disney shows use the 16:9 aspect ratio that gives it an almost movie/cinematic look, adding that to Daredevil could perhaps elevate it to make it feel more prestigious and cinematic than the original. I think the writing and the direction are what ultimately brings out the tone and feel - maybe what you’re saying is that you want it to feel less cinematic and almost keep it feeling like a modest budgeted TV series rather than trying to elevate it beyond that?
My Top 10 Most Anticipated TV Shows of 2025 1. Stranger Things Season 5 2. Squid Game Season 3 3. You Season 5 4. Dexter: Resurrection 5. IT: Welcome to Derry 6. Poker Face Season 2 7. The Last of Us Season 2 8. Marvel Zombies 9. The Morning Show Season 4 10. One series that people never mention is "Alice in Borderland" Series 3 its similar like Squid Game (Which i love) up to a point but "Alice in Borderland" is better for me if not seen I would certainly advise it.
By the way, do not look at anything about the Game of thrones spinoff, I think people are spoiling a thing about it thinking its not that big of deal, but its a twist that is great to experience without knowing about it. On the 6 episode only thing, I say this as someone that usually thinks that 6 episodes is not enough, but for this, people that know about the story think it might be too many episodes almost, and Im in that boat, but we will see how they structure it and all. I believe 6 episodes for that part of the story should be more than enough :)
My 10 Most Anticipated TV Shows of 2025 1. Stranger Things Season 5 2. Daredevil: Born Again 3. Andor Season 2 4. Invincible Season 3 5. Peacemaker Season 2 6. The Last of Us Season 2 7. Squid Game Season 3 8. Wednesday Season 2 9. Gen V Season 2 10. Dexter: Resurrection
I watched Squid Game season 1. I just don’t want to watch season 2 because I was miserable. It was so depressing and scary. Not like a horror film. Just the idea that the next minute could be your last when playing that game. It’s horrible. Daredevil is number 1 for me. And Stranger Things 5 is number 2. Honestly it’s a close call. ST might be number 1 for me. Season 4 was not only the best season by far, but it was almost the best television series I had seen in a long time. Arguably the best Netflix original.
james gunn said that all of peacemaker is canon except for the justice league showing up
Most excited for Severance season 2, also excited for YellowJackets season 3 and stranger things 5

2024 and 2025 are definitely gonna be the years for TV shows.
