Things to know before starting Tree Farming in Pakistan :
1 - Always select Fertile Land for plantation. People have this misconception that Eucalyptus can grow on un furtile land. It may grow on un fertile land but the results are not good.
2 - Distant between tree should be atleast 10 × 6 ft
3 - If you dont have enough canal water then you should get a Solar Tubewell which will lower your costs in the long run as this project will be atleast 8 years.
4 - Make sure that you control weed for the first 3 years of plantation.
5 - Always try to select areas which have more rain.
What is Sufaida ( Eucalyptus ) used for ?
Sufaida can be usef for :
1 - Fuel Wood
2 - Paper
3 - Match Box
4 - Furniture
5 - Ply Wood
6 - Timber
It can be used for almost anything as there is scarcity of wood in Pakistan at the moment.
