Officer Bill is Bill Brunicardi. He moonlighted part-time as an officer at the College of San Mateo back in the early 90s. Great guy!

The more cops we have the better it will be and we need new districts attorneys because they are to soft if you commit the crime you do the time we need new people for ours justice system have a 3 year term for districts attorneys and politicians and you will see the crime go down and more police departments with no recruit shortages it doesn't take a genius to know that.
