Thank you for your video. Very helpful. I'm buying one of these for my father and I will be the one loading/unloading it into my car. Watching you dismantle this helps out alot. Easy to follow instructions and tips that they don't mention on the website. Thanks again!
Thanks for this video. My old scooter was a Pride 3-wheeler. I just bought a used Drive Scout 4 like this one, with no instructions. I couldn't figure out how to get the seat off until I watched this! Thanks!
Thank you for turning me on to Living Well. The 5-year warranty is Great! I just ordered this scooter in the DST version with the extended battery and suspension. It was $300.00 less at Living Well. It's a really good deal.
@@fairfieldwizard I will do that. I'm really excited to be getting this. I had a heart attack 2 years ago so my mobility was limited. I'll be able to get out of the house now!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! My brother and I just bought a Scout 4 for our mom. It comes in a huge box with the front and rear already together. I thought, woah! That is a LOT more than 39 pounds. LoL! I couldn't figure out how to get it apart! Your videos are much better than the instructor book! LoL 😊
Can any age ride the mobility scooter without any issues to walk? I'm 33yr and waiting to come to in the mail 2-3 days. I bought it for myself to get around the city to work. I dont have enough money to buy a car; This would be perfect to get to work on time. 💯🥰
Thank you. I have a similar scooter but wasn’t sure I could manage this. Still not sure as I need one shoulder reconstruction but hubby can do it for me. Thanks again 💋💋
Nice video. I watched because I’m trying to decide whether I can handle transporting my scooter myself (peripheral neuropathy, so I am a “real disabled person”) or whether I need a lift or ramp for my van. One thing not mentioned: if one has the extended battery, which I do, lifting it is definitely not anything as easy as in your video! I assembled the scooter alone with your help, though, and I may be able to transport it using your videos. Thanks so much!
Thank you so much much! I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong! I think it’s the piece that holds down the battery wasn’t I. Place! My husband took it off for some reason and i couldn’t get it running and had to push it to my hotel room. Kind of defeats its purpose! 😮
Really good video! Just a down-to-earth real life description on how to take apart the drive scooter. Any suggestions, scooter girl, for how to secure the scooter if you want to leave it and going to a store, Etc?
Great video without all the unnecessary fluff! Thank you. You should give commentary on the scooter as you're disassembling to eliminate the need for searching throughout for specs, weight, speed, battery life, and other pertinent information one may find useful without getting too technical. Nevertheless, great job. Thank you.
Thanks for the feedback. Great suggestion. We will work at getting more info into these videos. If you follow us on Facebook, we'd appreciate it. We'll be posting those videos there first. facebook.com/LivingWellStores
I have this with the 12ah battery box, Does a 20ah fit in the same box, or do i need to replace that too, As with 12ah, I only getting 3 miles on a charge
We're so sorry! You're absolutely right. One of the reasons we produced the video so that folks with all kinds of abilities and limitations can see if it's something they'll be able to manage themselves or if they'll need a hand.
The lady was just showing how to take apart for travelling. She wasn’t targeting any type of able or disabled bodied person. So I’m saying that I think your comment came across as a little blunt and/or nasty 💋

Thank you once again. That looks so easy. I think I could handle that versus getting a foldable which is so heavy.
Thank you. Very helpful! I appreciate being able to view this.
You're very welcome!
Thank you so much, once again. All your videos on this model have been very helpful.
Excellent explanation! Thanks Scooter girl!

Not sure what the “real disabled person” in quotes is for? Are there people who would spend $800+\- and NOT be disabled? 🤷♀️

Hello there! Thanks for the feedback. Luckily, scooters are rarely stolen but for extra security, you can use a cable-style bicycle lock.
Be sure to take your key and lock the front wheels!
is it allowed in most or all stores?
How do tighten handle at the bottom of handle is it with the locking not
So helpful!!!!!!!!!!
How wide is the scouter?

Thank you for watching! Glad you found it helpful.
great video teacher but you need to remake the video cause your video is choppy and so is your voice keeps freezing and coming back on
Thank you! Sorry you're having issues with the video. We aren't able to see those issues on our end. Could be internet connection.
It's your own connection.
Now do video of a real disabled person who has trouble bending and lifting, trying to put this together. 4 hours of my life I'll never get back.
