Nice. Foam tips do need to be replaced more often but you get better passive noise isolation and better audio quality (I've used comply tips for ages and also use silicon). Use spinfit tips for great comfortable silicon tips. The fits will fit more people more comfortably and you can tap on from of them to control them, not just on the buds, like with the xfm5. XFM5 has better anc in a wider range of conditions (especially people speaking, sharp noises-they block out more mids and highs thanks to the xfm5 additional anc chip and foam tips. And you get better audio quality with LDAC and decent source material. So, for ANC, ruwyvatw similar with bass sounds, but for crowds, travelling in the subway etc the xfm5 are way better.

Quick question, when you wear your xm5s and have them on noise cancelling, if you shake your head pretty fast do you hear weird distortion? Thanks
None here 😊
Though most other earbuds do. Which earbuds do you use, suggest people use?
