I looked at this as Sharrone trying to figure out his starters on the offense. He KNOWS the OL business, so I am confident that will work out quickly.
Yes there were mistakes...but that was a probable outcome of trying out different guys. I think I saw three different centers.
Texas is missing there #1 and #2 running backs, so they are complete either. I of course want a victory for the Texas game...we need to stay close if we dont pull it out.
Love your takes on the game. Keep up the good work.

Each game is different, it will be interesting (hopefully) to see which units improve next week. Wow, 3 centers, I didn't notice that but that points to needing some more practice/reps. I hope the young guys get onto the field later this season for added experience...but it didn't happen last night.

I have hated Texas since the 90's. If Michigan wins it will be a good weekend for me.
I couldn't watch the game, great recap!!!
    Good to see you again!

Yeah, it was pretty tough sledding last night. Michigan doesn't have the 5-6 games to get the ball rolling, everything going well, like they did last year!

Glad to see you again Phil👍I agree with what you said. I said the same thing. Michigan just has to run the ball with Mullings, ALOT! That will open up the offense. A win is a win though. Go Blue!

Great Video!!! That was a reality check for sure, but we will have to resort to pass game more because Sherrone Moore is a run the ball coach so other teams can know what we are doing also will have to get QB situation figured out, but excited for Texas next week.

Thanks for the view and comment. I agree, pass more to open up the run! At the qb, I wonder if Tuttle gets the nod once he is back from injury? Orgi is limited as a passer and Warren looks like he did last year, not ready for big time football...I hope he turns it around though.

Fresno State is an excellent team and will be among the leaders of the mountain west at the end of the year. Offense, defense and special teams got lots of high-quality repetitions--- Fresno was an excellent prep for Texas.
The offense seemed conservative. I'm sure some of that was by design, so as not to show Texas much. But we know teams are going to stack the box and force Warren or Orji to beat them with the pass. Before his injury, I was hoping Tuttle would win the job. Will this offense be dynamic enough with Warren? I
I would have liked to see Orji get a full quarter of reps, but it feels like Moore has made his decision.
    As for RB,
I like Mullings as the RB1 and prefer Edwards to be split wide or play in the slot for his touches. Until the line gels, I'd like to see Michigan spread out opposing defenses more often.
    Defense will be fine.
    Special teams were very good!
    Glad Michigan football is back!!!
Thank you for doing these videos. I really enjoy hearing your thoughts!
    Go Blue!

I really think Michigan needs 30 pts per game to win, I don't know if Warren or Orgi offer that. After Orgi's bad 2nd pass, teams will just play him for the run, although I know it worked on the Edwards TD catch.
At Orgi, I agree, a few years back JJ got the whole drive not just 1 play here, 1 play there. I think they need to give Orgi a drive or two and see how it plays out.
Edwards needs to be more of a passing threat, totally agree. Lets have Mullings and Edwards out together!
      Thanks for the thoughts
      Go Blue!
