That is a foundational truth that we all need to lay hold of. To miss this is to miss the reason that we’re on this earth in the first place. The Bible says, “Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure” (Ephesians 1:4-5) This is also echoed in Heaven. We read in Revelation 4 about twenty-four elders who fall in worship before the Lord on His throne, saying, “You are worthy, O Lord our God, to receive glory and honor and power. For you created all things, and they exist because you created what you pleased” (verse 11) Let that sink in for a moment. The twenty-four elders are saying to God, “You created everything, and it’s for Your pleasure that they exist and were created.” God didn’t create us for our own pleasure; He created us for His pleasure. He created us to glorify Him. When people try to find happiness in someone or something, it always will be a little bit beyond their reach, a little bit elusive, a little bit hard to get. They think it will be in that next relationship, that next experience, that next possession, or that next accomplishment. Those who live this way don’t care what it costs. They don’t care about rules and regulations. Happiness is the main priority of their lives. But they never will find it. Here’s the good news for us as Christians. When we seek to fulfill the purpose for which God created us which is to glorify Him, honor Him, and bring Him pleasure then we will find happiness. It will come not from seeking it but from seeking Him. As the psalmist David wrote, “Joyful indeed are those whose God is the Lord” (Psalm 144:15) We must never lose sight of the simple truth that we were created to glorify God.

He aprendido español solo e te puedo decir que es mi idioma favorito, después del portugués - Soy de Brasil. Quando habia empezado a Studiar en 2018, aprendí muchas reglas para fala construcción de estructuras. Pero, como nos dije Steve, Hay muchas palabras en un nuevo idioma que simplesmente no las vamos utilizar. Mi colección de palabras en Español no es tan expresiva como en inglés, pero puedo comprender muy bien todo que escucho en español. He leído libros en francés e también visto videos , e de poquito a poquito, me veo comprendiendo aquello que me pongo a recibir del idioma. El aprendizaje se dá con nuestra inmersión al idioma.
@@elainer8288 ¡Si!, tambien conseguimos entender todo lo que vosotros hablan. Aunque debo decir que el portugues hablado me cuesta más (cabe destacar que no se nada del idioma). Un buen experimento sería intentar aprender español (por tu parte, por mi parte portugues) solamente viendo contenido en el idioma (solo input) sin memorizar ninguna palabra, yo creo que es posible (diría que el portugues y el español son las lenguas romanences mas cercanas entre si)

im an athlete so i can attest that this is mostly correct our individual session is like grammar excercise, in this session we just fine tune some specific movements but the bread and butter of our development is by playing in a game or team training
You have it backwards. You have it upside down. As usual. Top performaners in any sport, and many other domains spend 90% of their time (or more) practicing fundamentals, drilling, studying, conditioning etc in preparation for the game (play). People who just dick around and play pickup games never get to a high level of proficiency. People who doodle don’t become good artists and people who doodle on guitar don’t become good guitar players.

Perfectionism can be cruel because it leads people to believe they must know every idiom or speak as formally as a textbook to be considered proficient. In my humble opinion, if you don't intend to make a career out of the language or lack a passion for mastery, and your goals are average (such as being able to articulate yourself, travel, and discover new cultures), then mastery isn't necessary. However, it's crucial to acknowledge that mastery becomes necessary at times, as in my case in Morocco, where a C1 level is required to study English in university. This requirement ensures the ability to discuss complex topics in philosophy, history and poetry without struggling with basic grammar or general subjects.

I totally agree with u, i am spanish, and i thought that i had a good level at english until i started to talk with native english speakers, then i realised that in english are some expressions and diferents ways to day the same thing, so when someone ask me to tranlate something from english to spanish i tell them (sometimes) that it can be interpreted but not translate literally 😅, thanks for ur video tho, is very tru and very usefull for Beginers! ❤️

este video en español está genial, y es totalmente cierto, si uno se enfoca en la gramática desde el comienzo puede que en poco tiempo el idioma se vuelva un poco aburrido, es mejor irlo escuchando y leyendo desde antes, entenderlo y dejar que fluya y luego se comienza a poner atención en la gramática, así es como podemos adquirir el idioma como los niños para empezar a comunicarnos sin tener que esperar largo tiempo aprendiendo de memoria reglas gramáticales... yo estoy aprendiendo alemán y dejé de estudiarlo como por 4 años porque estudiar la gramática solamente me frustró, sin embargo, lo retomé pero con calma, adquiriendo primero vocabulario, escuchando y leyendo mucho por casi un año y ahora si me estoy dedicando a la gramática y se me hace más fácil, ahora fluye más mis estudios del idioma, lo estoy disfrutando, y ahora puedo decir que me encanta la gramática alemana, la sigo explorando cada día y cada vez me enamoro del idioma alemán ;)

Tiene mucha razón el profesor yo estaba intentando aprender lo basico y retenerlo pero es muy difícil siempre se olvidan las palabras pero yo quería aprender inglés rapido estaba desesperado luego me iva aver videos de historia de noticias que es un ingles aun más difícil y luchaba por aprender esas palabras dificiles luego me dije ami mismo no puedo es muy avanzado no entiendo nada tengo que volver a lo basico y cuando regresaba a lo basico sentia más fácil retener algunas palabras porque son las que más frecuentes aparecen en el idioma y de esa manera he estado estudiando le he dedicado mucho tiempo hasta el punto de no ver ningún video en TH-cam en español solo inglés y tengo estudiando el inglés apenas como 8 meses o 9 y he sentido que he avanzado mucho creo que ese es el truco practicar mucho estar activo en el idioma antes me frustraba estar activo en el inglés porque no entendia muchas cosas ahora puedo soportar mucho tiempo más sin frustrarme creo que voy por buen camino

Apenas he aprendido inglés y me pasó tal como tu dices. Sabía un poco por las películas y música, luego me metí a un curso de Inglés básico de 6 meses, después no pude seguir pagando, pero seguía consumiendo sólo contenido en inglés, así que cuando regresé a mis clases 4 años después, de pronto todas las reglas eran fáciles y todo tenía sentido, sólo porque sí, no sabía por qué, sólo sabía que tenía sentido 😂. Así fue como aprendí inglés. Estoy tratando de hacer lo mismo con mis otros idiomas. Siento que me estoy empezando a acercar a captar la info inconscientemente con el ruso y eso me hace muy feliz.
La cosa más común que hay es ver a la mayoría de las personas cometiendo errores en su propio idioma nativo, entonces no hay una razón para que hablemos absolutamente todo correctamente en el idioma que estamos aprendiendo también, podemos quedar calmados. ;)
Estas en lo cierto. Todos estos videos causan más confusion y no llegan a ningún punto específico. Hqblo 2 idiomas y aún asì cometo errores. Ahora estoy aprendiendo japones solo para mantener mi mente activa y lo disfruto pero no me obsesiono xq entonces ya no no es divertido. Saludos😊

Muy bueno su español Profesor, le felicito porque sé que es un idioma algo difícil por las conjugaciones verbales. Yo a veces le digo a mis alumnos que aprendan más por el uso y la repetición que por el análisis de reglas gramaticales. Siempre encuentro reconfortante sus palabras, de no exigirnos tanto... hoy estaba triste porque llevo más de 5 años estudiando ingles, echándole ganas, mejorando, me ha costado mucho trabajo y hoy presente un maldito test que me califico en A2 😠 me siento tan decepcionada, estoy tan molesta...todo mi esfuerzo a la basura, juraba que era minimo C1, pero seguire sus consejos un test no define mi avance
I just have a B1 of German and people keep telling I speak so great, I've been living in Austria for 6 months and people keep telling me they know people living over 5 years and they don't speak as good as me. I studied grammatic and rules, that helps me a lot to speak and understand even more.
Si es importante dominar palabras basicas tales como saber como dirjirnos a todas las personas y unirlos a una serie de acciones "verbos" para despues continuar con los tres tiempos "basicos" así que, definitely yes!!! Lo básico se entiende como lo justo y necesario para poder comunicar una necesidad, done comer, donde dormir, como presentarse o saludar, o decir un problema. Llevo mucho tiempo con el Inglés, antes me comunicaba mucho por el trabajo y hablaba y entendía muy bien lo que ellos y yo necesitábamos. Ahora estudio más Inglés pero no practico. Se muchas palabras y verbos, pero cuando hablo algo, pienso en Español, quiero traducir para poder decir, pero la gramática es prácticamente al revés los complementos son un inconveniente como estudiar Koreano... Si no puedes practicar con alguien más, las palabras se olvidan. Los Ingleses que conoces cuando viajas a su país son quizás los más groseros del planeta. Si vienen a España como quieren comunicarse permiten errores, pero en su País No. Usted habla con un Español y siempre intentará entenderlo donde quiera que esté. Entonces que se puede hacer para que puedas comunicarte sin problemas y sin pagar una fortuna en una academia que quiere enseñarte, pero que les interesa siempre el dinero y que tardes más tiempo ??

Practicamente me reflejo en este señor,yo cuando comenze a aprender ingles me enfoque en aprender 2 mil palabras en ingles y todos los dias practique y practique palabras que casi ni se utilizan parecia cotorro repite y repite no saben lo aburrido que es,me aburri y lo deje y la gran parte de las palabras se me olvidaron tiempo despues igual me enfoque en aprender lo basico y de las mismas palabras no pasaba ni aprendia mucho,tiempo despues(ahora)me puse un plan de aprendisaje que es ver videos de musica o ducumentales y las palabras que ya se ya ni me molesto en verlas ni practicarlas,me enfoco solo en palabras nuevas y las anoto en mi nota del celular y cuando ya las aprendo las muevo a otra nota y asi cada dia voy sumando palabras nuevas y me he puesto la meta de cada palabra nueva me la tengo que aprender y hasta que no me las aprenda no las muevo a la otra nota,le doy la razon al 100 % a este maestro,siento que el nivel principiante ya lo he dominado ahora voy al intermedio aunque si es algo a veces dificil no hay nada que la practica no haga

Hola, yo llevo un tiempo no muy largo con mi ingles, soy nativo de español (argentina) y llwgué al punto de acostumbrarme al idioma, sin importar si no entiendo casi todo. Eso si ahora estoy en una crisis en mi cabeza, no puedo dejar de pensar como fue que aprendi mi español (ya lo sé) o como es que supe cada vocabulario, MALDITA SEA SOBREPENSANDO. Me agarra ansiedad y sé que no debería pensar en boludeces pero, quería saber si un nativo del español o de otro idioma le pasa lo mismo, ¿y cómo se soluciona?, yo disfruto mi viaje de adquisición, pero esos pensamientos me molestan.
I loved that you mentioned how things come and go in language learning. You will always remember some words and structures and forget the others. I remember how few years ago I could do advanced presentations in chinese for my work, but I couldn't remember words like 西瓜 [a watermelon 🍉 ], when I wanted to say it, although it was a HSK1 kind of word 😂😂😂 I think our minds tend to filtrate this less relevant words out and only leave the things that are really usable for us. Ya que te escucho hablar español una vez mas, tengo una pregunta para ti ¿Qué piensas sobre el idioma Ladino? Este idioma es casi igual que el español y posee una literatura muy rica.
Como hablante nativo español creo que la "s" del presente de indicativo del inglés no es precisamente ningún problema para un latinohablante. Creo que el gran obstáculo del inglés es la anarquía en la pronunciación respecto a la ortografía.
O sea, la clave es empezar con textos faciles. Canciones o cuentos infantiles quizá sería una buena opción. Gracias por el consejo. Estoy intentando aprender japonés y es abrumador por los kanjis y todo el vocabulario.
Another good video Steve! Now I"ve began to learn my second foreign language by myself (French) and, as you said, the "basics" of a language depends on your knowledge of other languages. As my native language is Portuguese and I also have fluent English (that I learned when I was a child in a regular English school in my hometown), since the beginning I could "guess" the meaning of some useful sentences or questions, or even some words, because some look like Portuguese (la tomate, for example, although the gender is different) some look like English (situation, with a different pronunciation). In these last 3 weeks that I 've been studying French I noticed I could read some simple texts in this language (with a dictionary when necessary) and could also say some short sentences... And I also noticed that the grammar is very similar to Portuguese (only the pronunciation is quite different, for me it has been a great challenge!). Of course, when I have some time, I study some new vocabulary with language apps and I hear podcasts and watch some videos here on TH-cam. Comparing to Mandarin (my 1st language that I studied by myself) I could say I'm improving faster, not only because French is considered an "easiest" language to learn, but also because now I'm not wasting so much time on unuseful language materials (like I did in Mandarin at the beginning).
I can relate to this explanation, I'm a native Spanish speaker, I tried learning all the grammar and stuffs in English when I started but it was so hard, I couldn't even think in the language without trying to make the sentences grammatically perfect, it was frustrating. After noticing I wasn't making any progress so far I started immersing every day even just a little, reading, listening, watching series or movies... Then when I felt comfortable enough I started checking the grammar points again, it became increasingly easier to understand and improve. I guess it also helps a lot to find your own way to learn, the things that work for you to understand the language. Currently I'm trying to improve my Japanese and starting with Chinese, let's see how it goes ✨.

He aprendido español solo e te puedo decir que es mi idioma favorito, después del portugués - Soy de Brasil. Quando habia empezado a Studiar en 2018, aprendí muchas reglas para fala construcción de estructuras. Pero, como nos dije Steve, Hay muchas palabras en un nuevo idioma que simplesmente no las vamos utilizar. Mi colección de palabras en Español no es tan expresiva como en inglés, pero puedo comprender muy bien todo que escucho en español. He leído libros en francés e también visto videos , e de poquito a poquito, me veo comprendiendo aquello que me pongo a recibir del idioma. El aprendizaje se dá con nuestra inmersión al idioma.

@@elainer8288 ¡Si!, tambien conseguimos entender todo lo que vosotros hablan. Aunque debo decir que el portugues hablado me cuesta más (cabe destacar que no se nada del idioma). Un buen experimento sería intentar aprender español (por tu parte, por mi parte portugues) solamente viendo contenido en el idioma (solo input) sin memorizar ninguna palabra, yo creo que es posible (diría que el portugues y el español son las lenguas romanences mas cercanas entre si)

This requirement ensures the ability to discuss complex topics in philosophy, history and poetry without struggling with basic grammar or general subjects.

What is the purpose of our lives? Why do we exist? Why are we here on this earth?
According to the Bible, we exist primarily to bring pleasure to God. Speaking through the prophet Isaiah, God said, “Bring all who claim me as their God, for I have made them for my glory. It was I who created them” (Isaiah 43:7)
That thought really bothers some people. They like to think that the world revolves around them.
The result is they will end up squandering their lives in pursuit of something they never should have been seeking outright, and that something is happiness.
If you want to be an unhappy person, then try to be a happy person. In other words, if you try to find happiness by pursuing it, you never will attain it.
God predestined us to bring Him glory. That is a foundational truth that we all need to lay hold of.
To miss this is to miss the reason that we’re on this earth in the first place.
The Bible says, “Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure”
(Ephesians 1:4-5)
This is also echoed in Heaven. We read in Revelation 4 about twenty-four elders who fall in worship before the Lord on His throne, saying, “You are worthy, O Lord our God, to receive glory and honor and power. For you created all things, and they exist because you created what you pleased” (verse 11)
Let that sink in for a moment. The twenty-four elders are saying to God, “You created everything, and it’s for Your pleasure that they exist and were created.” God didn’t create us for our own pleasure; He created us for His pleasure. He created us to glorify Him.
When people try to find happiness in someone or something, it always will be a little bit beyond their reach, a little bit elusive, a little bit hard to get. They think it will be in that next relationship, that next experience, that next possession, or that next accomplishment.
Those who live this way don’t care what it costs. They don’t care about rules and regulations. Happiness is the main priority of their lives.
But they never will find it.
Here’s the good news for us as Christians. When we seek to fulfill the purpose for which God created us which is to glorify Him, honor Him, and bring Him pleasure then we will find happiness.
It will come not from seeking it but from seeking Him. As the psalmist David wrote, “Joyful indeed are those whose God is the Lord” (Psalm 144:15)
We must never lose sight of the simple truth that we were created to glorify God.

I totally agree with u, i am spanish, and i thought that i had a good level at english until i started to talk with native english speakers, then i realised that in english are some expressions and diferents ways to day the same thing, so when someone ask me to tranlate something from english to spanish i tell them (sometimes) that it can be interpreted but not translate literally 😅, thanks for ur video tho, is very tru and very usefull for Beginers! ❤️

este video en español está genial, y es totalmente cierto, si uno se enfoca en la gramática desde el comienzo puede que en poco tiempo el idioma se vuelva un poco aburrido, es mejor irlo escuchando y leyendo desde antes, entenderlo y dejar que fluya y luego se comienza a poner atención en la gramática, así es como podemos adquirir el idioma como los niños para empezar a comunicarnos sin tener que esperar largo tiempo aprendiendo de memoria reglas gramáticales... yo estoy aprendiendo alemán y dejé de estudiarlo como por 4 años porque estudiar la gramática solamente me frustró, sin embargo, lo retomé pero con calma, adquiriendo primero vocabulario, escuchando y leyendo mucho por casi un año y ahora si me estoy dedicando a la gramática y se me hace más fácil, ahora fluye más mis estudios del idioma, lo estoy disfrutando, y ahora puedo decir que me encanta la gramática alemana, la sigo explorando cada día y cada vez me enamoro del idioma alemán ;)

Tiene mucha razón el profesor yo estaba intentando aprender lo basico y retenerlo pero es muy difícil siempre se olvidan las palabras pero yo quería aprender inglés rapido estaba desesperado luego me iva aver videos de historia de noticias que es un ingles aun más difícil y luchaba por aprender esas palabras dificiles luego me dije ami mismo no puedo es muy avanzado no entiendo nada tengo que volver a lo basico y cuando regresaba a lo basico sentia más fácil retener algunas palabras porque son las que más frecuentes aparecen en el idioma y de esa manera he estado estudiando le he dedicado mucho tiempo hasta el punto de no ver ningún video en TH-cam en español solo inglés y tengo estudiando el inglés apenas como 8 meses o 9 y he sentido que he avanzado mucho creo que ese es el truco practicar mucho estar activo en el idioma antes me frustraba estar activo en el inglés porque no entendia muchas cosas ahora puedo soportar mucho tiempo más sin frustrarme creo que voy por buen camino

Apenas he aprendido inglés y me pasó tal como tu dices. Sabía un poco por las películas y música, luego me metí a un curso de Inglés básico de 6 meses, después no pude seguir pagando, pero seguía consumiendo sólo contenido en inglés, así que cuando regresé a mis clases 4 años después, de pronto todas las reglas eran fáciles y todo tenía sentido, sólo porque sí, no sabía por qué, sólo sabía que tenía sentido 😂. Así fue como aprendí inglés.
Estoy tratando de hacer lo mismo con mis otros idiomas. Siento que me estoy empezando a acercar a captar la info inconscientemente con el ruso y eso me hace muy feliz.
La cosa más común que hay es ver a la mayoría de las personas cometiendo errores en su propio idioma nativo, entonces no hay una razón para que hablemos absolutamente todo correctamente en el idioma que estamos aprendiendo también, podemos quedar calmados. ;)
Estas en lo cierto. Todos estos videos causan más confusion y no llegan a ningún punto específico. Hqblo 2 idiomas y aún asì cometo errores. Ahora estoy aprendiendo japones solo para mantener mi mente activa y lo disfruto pero no me obsesiono xq entonces ya no no es divertido. Saludos😊

Muy bueno su español Profesor, le felicito porque sé que es un idioma algo difícil por las conjugaciones verbales. Yo a veces le digo a mis alumnos que aprendan más por el uso y la repetición que por el análisis de reglas gramaticales. Lo básico se entiende como lo justo y necesario para poder comunicar una necesidad, done comer, donde dormir, como presentarse o saludar, o decir un problema. Llevo mucho tiempo con el Inglés, antes me comunicaba mucho por el trabajo y hablaba y entendía muy bien lo que ellos y yo necesitábamos. Ahora estudio más Inglés pero no practico. Se muchas palabras y verbos, pero cuando hablo algo, pienso en Español, quiero traducir para poder decir, pero la gramática es prácticamente al revés los complementos son un inconveniente como estudiar Koreano... Si no puedes practicar con alguien más, las palabras se olvidan. Los Ingleses que conoces cuando viajas a su país son quizás los más groseros del planeta. Si vienen a España como quieren comunicarse permiten errores, pero en su País No. Usted habla con un Español y siempre intentará entenderlo donde quiera que esté. Entonces que se puede hacer para que puedas comunicarte sin problemas y sin pagar una fortuna en una academia que quiere enseñarte, pero que les interesa siempre el dinero y que tardes más tiempo ??

Te voy a hacer caso. Porque tardamos años estudiando lenguas extranjeras cuando no nos gustan y decimos vamos a iniciar lo básico, pero mejor a hablar y hablar.
yo tengo bastantes errores de escritura en ingles, nada que no solucione el auto corrector del teclado. lo mas importante es aprender palabras y ver contenido.
Practicamente me reflejo en este señor,yo cuando comenze a aprender ingles me enfoque en aprender 2 mil palabras en ingles y todos los dias practique y practique palabras que casi ni se utilizan parecia cotorro repite y repite no saben lo aburrido que es,me aburri y lo deje y la gran parte de las palabras se me olvidaron tiempo despues igual me enfoque en aprender lo basico y de las mismas palabras no pasaba ni aprendia mucho,tiempo despues(ahora)me puse un plan de aprendisaje que es ver videos de musica o ducumentales y las palabras que ya se ya ni me molesto en verlas ni practicarlas,me enfoco solo en palabras nuevas y las anoto en mi nota del celular y cuando ya las aprendo las muevo a otra nota y asi cada dia voy sumando palabras nuevas y me he puesto la meta de cada palabra nueva me la tengo que aprender y hasta que no me las aprenda no las muevo a la otra nota,le doy la razon al 100 % a este maestro,siento que el nivel principiante ya lo he dominado ahora voy al intermedio aunque si es algo a veces dificil no hay nada que la practica no haga

Hola, yo llevo un tiempo no muy largo con mi ingles, soy nativo de español (argentina) y llwgué al punto de acostumbrarme al idioma, sin importar si no entiendo casi todo. Eso si ahora estoy en una crisis en mi cabeza, no puedo dejar de pensar como fue que aprendi mi español (ya lo sé) o como es que supe cada vocabulario, MALDITA SEA SOBREPENSANDO.
Me agarra ansiedad y sé que no debería pensar en boludeces pero, quería saber si un nativo del español o de otro idioma le pasa lo mismo, ¿y cómo se soluciona?, yo disfruto mi viaje de adquisición, pero esos pensamientos me molestan.

I loved that you mentioned how things come and go in language learning. You will always remember some words and structures and forget the others. I remember how few years ago I could do advanced presentations in chinese for my work, but I couldn't remember words like 西瓜 [a watermelon 🍉 ], when I wanted to say it, although it was a HSK1 kind of word 😂😂😂 I think our minds tend to filtrate this less relevant words out and only leave the things that are really usable for us. Btw, congratulations on hitting the million subscribers 🥳🥳🥳 Certainly well deserved ^^

Como hablante nativo español creo que la "s" del presente de indicativo del inglés no es precisamente ningún problema para un latinohablante.
Creo que el gran obstáculo del inglés es la anarquía en la pronunciación respecto a la ortografía.

Another good video Steve! Now I"ve began to learn my second foreign language by myself (French) and, as you said, the "basics" of a language depends on your knowledge of other languages. As my native language is Portuguese and I also have fluent English (that I learned when I was a child in a regular English school in my hometown), since the beginning I could "guess" the meaning of some useful sentences or questions, or even some words, because some look like Portuguese (la tomate, for example, although the gender is different) some look like English (situation, with a different pronunciation). In these last 3 weeks that I 've been studying French I noticed I could read some simple texts in this language (with a dictionary when necessary) and could also say some short sentences... And I also noticed that the grammar is very similar to Portuguese (only the pronunciation is quite different, for me it has been a great challenge!). Of course, when I have some time, I study some new vocabulary with language apps and I hear podcasts and watch some videos here on TH-cam. Comparing to Mandarin (my 1st language that I studied by myself) I could say I'm improving faster, not only because French is considered an "easiest" language to learn, but also because now I'm not wasting so much time on unuseful language materials (like I did in Mandarin at the beginning).

I can relate to this explanation, I'm a native Spanish speaker, I tried learning all the grammar and stuffs in English when I started but it was so hard, I couldn't even think in the language without trying to make the sentences grammatically perfect, it was frustrating. After noticing I wasn't making any progress so far I started immersing every day even just a little, reading, listening, watching series or movies... Then when I felt comfortable enough I started checking the grammar points again, it became increasingly easier to understand and improve. I guess it also helps a lot to find your own way to learn, the things that work for you to understand the language. Currently I'm trying to improve my Japanese and starting with Chinese, let's see how it goes ✨.
