I have one of this five, for a few weeks the pellets don’t come down any more, how can I unblock the but screw inside that take the pellets down? Thanks.
Hello i'm John i bought this stove 8,5 KW December 2011 this stove is very good i 've installed in my livingroum which is 37,5m2 my house is 100m2 ...... only problem is the guys who sold me that stove they dont know anything about this stove ....... the settings was wrong and the ashtray after 4-5 hours was foul.......they come three times at my home but the problem was a problem...... after some videos on youtube and some articles reading...... i reprogramme the stove and now i burn 5kg pellet in 10-12 hours this days of winter i start my stove for example 9 or 12 at the morning and i've turn it off 1 or 2 oclock athe midnight.....my stove has 205-235 celcious (imagine tha the max eaxhaust temp is 250) and is set to 25 celcius..... if someone is owner of this stove (8,5KW) i can give him my settings..... ;-) with at your own risk.... i've risk and i am happy for it...!!!!

John, I have the same problem! The ash tray over-fills. I think the fan setting is wrong. How did you fix this? THANK YOU!

Zdravo. Kupio sam pec na pelet 10 kwpre 3 meseca. I sada jednostavno nece da se upali. Kompjuter ne radi... Nista! Sta da radim? Garancija je validna.
Sto se tice ciscenja peci gori kuluk nisam mogla sebi da kupim.
