No one in this industry is talking about neurodivergent and the link to suicidal thoughts, yet construction has a high number of neurodivergent people. Rsd amongst neurodivergent individuals is high and it's horrible and it comes about so fast and what can happen during that period can make us fee us out of control of our own life and actions. For me it was the way the industry throw me into Rsd not caused me to attempt to end my life, it happened so quick and I asked for help to stop feeling the way I was feeling and the company I was working for were not interested tild me to go to the lighthouse charity, but never checked in, because I'm self employed and they washed their hands of me. Yet if my attempt to end Mt life worked it would of been a direct result of the way they communicate with me and didn't give me the clarity my brain needed. Rsd is real, it's scary, it's horrible, it eats at you, it happens so quick and because it's so horrible you want a hole to come and take you away. This needs discussing because I'm certain others in the industry ended their lives while experiencing RSD
