I’ve always been amazed at the beauty of America, the topography that is, but it’s some of the people who tarnish the beauty of such a beautiful land.
I spent my time while on vacation visiting cemeteries in the south. I’d read headstones, to see how long people lived in the past, it was an eye opener.
I’d visit churches, where posts on the church doors would lament the loss of some person who they assume left his/her home, but were never heard from again.

The story of the Tuttles is was such a sad story that hit me hard. They were a perfect couple that loved each other deeply and had no idea of what was about to happen to them. Murdered in cold blood by the Police. Mr. Goins was charged with Murder but in five years he has not been prosecuted.
The Police lied in my case and the Officer was beung suef for lying under oath in another case. An Attorney that was present for the hearing met my attorney in the hallway and stated that he had another way if getting dirt on cops and said meet me here tomorrow at 1:00 PM. That's how we found out the Officer was being sued for lying under oath in a deposition. This Officer had rear ended a couple in a Glendora PD pick up truck. While he was being deposed by the Plaintiffs attorney he testified that he rear ended the Plaintiffs due to being rear ended himself first. However, there was no one else at the scene of the accident. Nothing was in the report about any one else being involved. The Officer just made it up a year after while being deposed. So the couple, immediately after the deposition went back to the Court and ammeded their Law suit to include lying under oath. But I was not allowed to use this evidence even though the Law states if the type of misconduct I was alleging was similar to or the same as the misconduct in the Police officer's file I would be allowed to present that evidence. We went to the court and told them even though the court had erroneously denied our motion we had found evidence of dishonesty by this Officer and that the witnesses were willing to testify today if necessary against this officer which people don't usually volunteer to do. The Judge refused to allow us to use that evidence. Point being. The Cops everywhere lie when they don't have honest evidence and they're backed by fellow officers and the Courts so this real justice is far from normal and rare to see. Congradulations on your win and I hope you get a good amount of money for your pain and suffering and Punitive damages for the puposeful bringing about of a wrongful conviction by the Prosecutor and the Police. Mr. Goins was found to have two OZ's of Heroin in his police unit that was never logged into or out evidence that he brought to the Tuttle's to plant because he knew there would be no dope to find unless he brought it and planted it. Because of the Murders and Police being shot by other police he did not get the chance to plant the drugs. Another Officer found it in Goin's unit days later and reported it. Be careful. People have disappeared for far less.

Texas has directed payments available without a lawsuit like this after being declared innocent or reversing convictions. I don't understand the reason in a case like this other than trying to really hold the City of Houston police/legal department.
I personally wonder why the family members are not suing about the damage done to them by these lies as well. More victims than just the initial person arrested and tried.
