if in the column 12mm rod is used then we provide 16 mm rod in beam for 16 feet span?

Only columns size will be vary depending upon the stories of building
According to beam it will differ only when Loading differ

The roof slab's dead load of 2KN
And live load of 3 KN and brick wall dead load of 2KN

We will insert the slab's reinforcement bar into the beam
So the slab will get concealed into beam
Slab here is a one way slab and thickness is 5"
