Wow I had not thought about that!!!! Thanks for pointing that out. I do love it. This was not one of my all time favorite Ferrari F1 cars but in this scale it really is impressive. I am very encouraged about some of the future modern 1/12th scales from GP.
Thank you. This is really an impressive model. Way better than I expected. I am hopeful about future 1/12th GP cars going forward like the 1992 Williams FW14
The model really is amazing. I never really thought of the F300 in those terms, I love the 1989/90 or the F2004 but this model made me think this is an amazing looking car for sure. Thank you for watching and commenting!
They should be making the F2000 and the 1999 F399 in 1:12 at some point so hopefully you can pick one of those up....there is always ebay also. I missed on the recent 1990 Prost 1:12 car....hoping they make a driver version I can pick up.
@ I am guessing in the F2000 but I suspect they will make all the Schumacher Championship cars in 1/18 and 1/12… may take 10years but feels like they will. I believe a 97’ F310 will be in 1/12 but they are not making a version I like and its one I do not feel the GP 1/18th was done very well so may pass
the only other 1:12 model I have is the Minichamp B195, which is very decent I think. Do you have that one too, and if so, how would you compare that with this F300? Cheers
I do have that one....if it is Schumacher I probably bought it! hahaha...That 1995 car is pretty solid in my opinion. I do think the GP Replicas is better though. More photo etched parts and carbon fiber decaling. That said this particular GP is their best effort in 1:12 IMO. I have the 1989 and 1977 Ferrari's and they are nice but I would not say that much better than Minichamps. Those cars where less complex though which may be part of the difference.
Hi, They should be water slide decals. So you should just cut out the decal you want to place (no need to cut close to the decal it is already pre cut) then set it in luke warm water for 10-20 seconds. At that point you should be able to take in out of the water and slide the decal off the paper with you fingers or a paint brush. Then slide it into place. You will want to used a paper towel or tissue to wipe off the excess water and adjust into the correct location. Some times I use Microsol or Microset to help secure the decals but that is not necessary. Hope this helps.
Stunning model. you got a great number too: 031 - Car number 3, Position number 1

Very cool model. Congratulations on your latest acquisition.

Awesome looking model. GP Replicas did a really great job here. In my opinion the F300 is the best looking F1 car in history.
