It is just do not freaked every time life throws you a curve ball or deciding that being married is much better than better than being alone and and heartbroken. The first time I heard this song I was seeing someone who i was deeply in love with. I never looked into the meaning of the lyrics but to me it was the fact that love, at least for me, was elusive but I had finally found it. The relationship didn't last for reasons I won't go into, but it really is better to have loved and lost than to never have loved.

I love to write, and hearing this version for the first time, sparked a wonderful story in my mind, and I was elated to put it in writing. Slow dancing to this song was one of my greatest joys, and it is a memory that I hold very dear to my heart.

The first time I heard this song I was seeing someone who i was deeply in love with. I never looked into the meaning of the lyrics but to me it was the fact that love, at least for me, was elusive but I had finally found it. The relationship didn't last for reasons I won't go into, but it really is better to have loved and lost than to never have loved.

I sang at my cousin's wedding and I totally bombed so I was feeling terrible, then I was supposed to sing this for their first dance but the emcee must have forgotten or skipped and I didn't want to remind him so I didn't have to get up on stage again. But! My cousin insisted I sing it. So he led his beautiful bride onto the dance floor, had me sing and I did... In fact, I sang it well. I felt sort of redeemed. This song will forever hold a special place in my heart. I've loved it since my Twilight phase but now it has even better memories attached to it. ❤️❤️❤️
