Eastern Bluebird Fledgelings

All my life, I heard of "The Bluebird of Happiness," however, I'd never seen one! Sometimes when you don't see something, you might believe that it doesn't exist in your area, but birds are funny that way. Do you want to know how many different types of species of birds live in your region? It is likely not just the 10 -15 or so common birds that you can name. If you want to have fun with it, download the Merlin App to your phone. You will then be able to "add a pack" that represents your region, and view the library of species near you. If you don't believe they're close by, try walking around outside near trees on a day when there are lots of birds singing and turn on the Merlin microphone. Often the Merlin AI will accurately identify which birds are present and pop up a menu for you with photos, but be sure to listen to your recordings it captures, and compare it with the library of recordings, as like any computer app, sometimes it wrongly hears something.
I believe the bird with the most rumpled and fluffy looking feathered chest is a baby. I'm sending this video to an expert to confirm it. I have troubles knowing babies & females colors--but these birds definitely have dark blue and the male had the orange on his bib and soft creamy color under, & I'm sure I've i.d. the species correctly.
