They are a few minutes outside of town but close to larger cities and are very secluded with community water access and a marina. That is highly sought after up here.

Nope, it was paved. It is north Idaho though, and gravel roads are very common. When properly maintained, they do just fine and even have better traction than paved when it's icy out.

The real estate prices are crazy up there these days. A million dollar home in a town with only 2000 people...who'd buy that.
