A lot of these MPs in the Labour Party better start looking for jobs now because we know they're only going to be in for 1 term it's a disgrace what they're doing to this country
And yet it is perfectly okay for Angela Rayner to spend £68,000 of tax payer's money on a pointless vanity photographer! How many other of the 600 plus MPs have such perks and privileges?

I lost 25 k it’s a hugh amount of money. Women have brought up children without gov funds of today not cost 5he gov in grants because most of us didn’t go to university and guess who has looked after elderly grandparents and parents again save in the taxpayer billions. Had this increase been fairly incrementally raised there may have been some slight case to answer but raising the age limit for those born in 1953 from 60 to 62 to 64.5 with no notice is immoral
Waspi women you were duped into voting for them, no doubt you would and did, the petition to call for a new general election is waiting to be signed, it's on nearly 3M there are 3.5M of you.
The Ladies probably are entitled to it. If the retirement age goes up again this will be the precedent for every incremental change in the retirement age.
1:50 Well it is a Conservative policy from 1993. The increase in the state pension was announced in 1993 and enacted in 1995. You can't blame Labour for past mistakes over lack of communication regarding the state pension. I wish the Waspi women could accept that fact. It's not the current Labour Party's fault nor responsibility. Labour are dishonest of course by saying they'd support the cause and I'd rather vote for a rattlesnake than Starmer. My guess is we're heading for a hung Parliament in 2029. Maybe another coalition.
Basically the Labour government has told waspi women to buzz off and not be so greedy when infact many women never built up enough qualifying years because of having children or just not working after marriage, and those who did work fulltime should have heard as I did about the pension age increase long before it happened, and as a man I have never understood why women who live longer than men should be able to retire before men, or was it that men had to pay more tax etc to fund the women 's longer lives??
@@fionacarroll5562 That might have been the norm then which was a long time ago and as I am 75 we got hitched to girls who were even the same age or maybe 2 years younger, so they were retired before we retired and how come then when we were both working who looked after who?? They make an absolute fortune every year off our backs as taxpayers. They horde most of it, they spend a lot of it on their own projects and they lie to us that there is no money for anything else. That's how it works.
What is the problem. The changes to state pensions were clearly notified to everyone at the time. The government, in this case, cannot be blamed for the women who now claim they did not know about the changes. Furthermore, in this era of equality, it is only right that women and men should have the same retirement age.
People didn't vote for Labour. They got less votes than they had when they lost in the last election. What many people didn't do though was vote Conservative. They either didn't vote at all or voted Remain. That is how Labour got in, not because there was a massive shift of support to them.

Women were given the earlier retirement by men who understood that women are mainly the carers for grandparents and the elderly. If you think that's easier than going to a paid job ask any woman.
