I played with arduinos back in 2014 when I was starting to get interested in coding, I vaguely knew about rpi at the time, and actually got one a year later that I proceded to blow up by shorting lol. Anyway im a programmer now working towards full stack and I am amazed at how much better/easier it is using the RPI then the arduino for the gpio. Python and javascript look very similar to me.... I definitly am more inspired to get back into this now.
