- This trip to Bohol has really opened our eyes to how beautiful the Philippines really is, and also how much we have yet to experience. Lola Luz & Grandad Rob are already heading back to Manila today, we didn't have enough time together, but at least we got to do the fantastic Glass bottom boat tour at Bohol Beach Club and snorkel together as a family in the crystal clear sea of Panglao.
Our names are Jmayel, Sacha & Story. We traveled to the Philippines Siargao island and fell in love with island life, now we want to make that life more permanent.

Hi. You should try dolphin watching and snorkeling in Balicasag Island tour, whaleshark watching & snorkeling in Lila in Bohol and snorkeling/swimming with the sardines in Cliff Dive there in Panglao Island. The best experiences you could ever have!
Excellent suggestions!! Jay is an excellent swimmer, he’ll dive deep with the whale sharks and chase the dolphins too!

THERE was no Boracay Beach Resort before on late 1970s or early 1980s.
The famous Beach Resorts in the Philippines before are DAKKAK beach resort (in Zamboanga) and Bohol Beach Club (in Bohol).
There are so many vloggers who have visited Bohol but no one has shown this beautiful resort. Perhaps because this resort is more expensive than the usual budget resorts that vloggers prefer to stay.
Oh those are particular kinds of vloggers that are also just backpackers. I guess 8 miles from home was looking for the best resort for their family that’s also dog friendly and fits the budget. But Bohol has several resorts that are just as beautiful as the other (Amorita, Eskaya, BE Grand, Henann are among them)..
I agree! Jay and Sacha can afford all these for sure. Dont skip ads so more $$$$ for them and more adventures!
Agree. Other vloggers are backpackers who don’t want to spend more than $50 for accommodation. They give you the cheapest way to do travel and the cheapest places to eat but for families with kids and elderly staying in a hostel just won’t cut it. I’ve been looking for family vloggers for their relatable assessment so we can plan our own travel that fits our family and this channel is the only one I can find.
I dont want you be a backpacker, I want to live there. Have women only moved to Philippines and how do they get about living there?
@@avrilvb There is a solo female vlogger (Angie Strangie) and I think she is Russian. But obviously once you settle in the Philippines, you are going to have friends. So you are going to be solo just for a brief moment and then your circle of friends will grow from there. You are not going to be solo once you are in the Philippines.

About the starfish, I read that you shouldn't touch a live starfish because they can't breathe out of water, they can die from carbon monoxide poisoning which causes them to die from asphyxiation - they suffocate in a matter of minutes, they can also perish as a result of stress of handling or from contact of sunscreen or other chemicals on the human skin. just some thoughts. try and look it up. thx.

When you get back to Siargao, buy sets of dive masks, snorkels, and swim fins for yourselves and take snorkeling or skin diving lessons as a family. It will go a long way to give you confidence and comfort in swimming underwater close to the corals and bottom-dwelling creatures.

Watching you being in Bohol is just like I have come back after almost 30 years and enjoy the beautiful places there once again from seeing the Chocolate Hills, the tarsier, enjoying the white sand beach to Snorkeling in Panglao...such a beautiful island.

what I saw at Balicasag Island’s underwater is still stuck in my memory everytime I think of Bohol...it’s the most amazing underwater I’ve seen...well haven’t been to El Nido so that’s something to look forward to

Great to see you all have a wonderful time in our Bohol. Hope you managed to go to the sandbar where you could have fresh fish and you could actually dine in there. There are tables set on the sea. Also, there’s hinagdanan cave in the neighboring place in Dauis where you could see stalactites and stalagmites. Amazing place, there’s only one person who could enter at a time but when you get into the cave, there’s a quite spacious place where you could dip on a cold water pond whilst enjoying the stalactites and stalagmites around

It's so nice to hear the excitement of a child. Water is salty that's why you're so buoyant. It's nice that those boatmen made sure that you are safe. Like lifeguards. Thank goodness Story's infection cleared up.
You can do sardine run, snorkelling in balicasag island and go in virgin island. Bohol have some falls as well. Enjoy exploring my province. I been watching you since you arrive in Siargoa.

The boat is wide, not easy to swim underneath it to cross to the other side. This place is great, like a small portion of station 1 white beach in Boracay. Another Great family bonding well deserved.

this is one of the oldest Beach Resorts in Philippines , if i'm not mistaken it had been established on late 1970s or early 1980s.
If anyone here knows the famous DAKKAK Beach Resort in Zamboanga, it had been the same year when Bohol Beach Club (BBC) has started their business.
The resort, beach, and water are all absolutely beautiful!!!
