It should be the departure date from Poland and not Nigeria

Great Tutorial video, but I think you also made a small mistake in number 22.
Let me explain it better: Member state of first entry is the first Schengen country you are going to be on transit before you get to Poland. For example if you are going to Poland through Amsterdam (Netherland) then you fill in Netherlands there. But if you are going through Dubai then you can only fill in Poland as it's going to be the first schengen country you will enter. I hope I made sense.

Thank you for your comment dear. But that’s not what that means. Irrespective of the first Schengen country you’re going to in transit, you’re still meant to fill in Poland. It’s a tricky question. The embassy knows most flights links to another to get to Poland. They just want applicants to shoot themselves in the leg.
They want to see Poland alone on the form.

Please for Poland Visa application, what happens if;
1) I do not get an embassy appointment date until the indicated travel date on my application form? Will the application still be valid?
2) Will getting a date that is very close to or past my intended travel date affect my application and expected documentations (medical insurance and flight reservation dates) in any way?

Please write when you’re program will end. That is the 2years duration. I made a mistake there.
Hello Miss Dolly. I currently live in the middle east, can I apply for my Polish student visa at their embassy here using my GTB financial statement? Also, I don't have a regular monthly salary in the account, but the funds are there (good inflow and outflow).
If you have a residency permit in the country you’re currently living in, you should be able to apply for your student visa there. I don’t think you can use your Nigerian account to apply for visa in a country with different currency.
I’ll advise you send a mail to the Polish embassy in your country with these questions, they’ll have the best answers for you
Again 30 is asking when you'll return from Poland and so since you've already filled 365 days, the intended date of return from Poland should reflect that 365 days ie if u stated 1/8/2021 as the date of entering Poland, then the expected date of departure from Poland should be 31/7/2022

The Polish embassy has to legalize your documents before your school will accept those documents during enrollment or before admission process.

You just need a 1year and 2months travel insurance.

That will be the date your program will come to an end.

You can save the filled form as a pdf file to print later. And you can as well print it immediately, your choice.
Hi Dolly, please I wish to ask, what if my accommodation gets canceled and i already used the accommodation to book for visa appointment, would it be possible to book a different accommodation and present the contract? Or must I present only the contact of the accommodation stated in my visa application?
I’ll advise you fill another application form with the new accommodation contract. Everything in your application has to tally. Please don’t submit a canceled accommodation contract, because the embassy will call to confirm.

A lot of negative reviews with respect to studying master in poland from polish forums online... some are saying that an engineering degree in Poland is no better and opens no more doors than a degree from a good university in India... *They say polish program is far better than english program of the same course.* And that those asking foreign students to come and study in poland are being paid to do so. *IS THIS TRUE PLS ?*

I want to dismiss the impression that “those asking foreign students to come and study in Poland are paid to do so”. This statement is very false. I know for sure I’m not been paid to shoot these videos or tell people to come study in Poland.
Based on my understanding, the only course I have heard people speak about to be better studied in Polish instead of in English is Medicine. Every other courses have great quality education in English language.
I haven’t been to India before so I don’t know the quality of education there. But I have Indian friends here, they say courses here have awesome quality especially engineering courses.

Getting all your other documents ready should be next. Then insurance, the firm should be the last

If you’re talking about your flight to Poland, then just 1way ticket. But if it’s for flight itinerary sake, 2 way is compulsory.

Good job but u made some little mistakes on the number of travel document. That should reflect your passport number and not 1.
Again, with regards to the one covering cost, after selecting sponsor, u must tick other also to allow u input the sponsor's name. Thats why there's an instruction to specify

Hello dear, no you can’t bring your dependent with you right away. You have to have like a full time work permit and meet some certain requirements before you can do that when you get here.
