Many corrections required for younger generation:
1: Packages are in USD. So first divide it by 82 (USDINR) and consider cost of living in US.
2: Fixed component is less than half of the package offered.
3: Rest of the package is conditional and takes time to realise (like loyalty bonus/esops etc)
These packages are offered so that company can build its brand name not because they really found genius.
Its becoming 500k usd , and in half a million annual income you can life with luxury anywhere in this world , stop complaining start gaining
