- In this particular video I give an update on the progress of our access road work, discuss the price increase on the city well water & celebrate our friends birthday with him at Canyon Coaster in Williams, Arizona.
Welcome to my channel PandaMonium. My name is Ausia and my dog's name is Moo-moo... my rig is the Lucky Panda, a 28ft 2018 Coachmen Leprechaun towing a 2008 Chevy Colorado or sometimes a trailer and 2014 Can-Am Maverick 4 wheeler. I live full-time in a motorhome off the grid with 700ah of Battle Born lithium batteries and 950 watts of solar. My channel is about living and traveling in my RV to different locations across the U.S. with various friends that I call my tribe, where we camp, hike, bike, paddle board, 4 wheel, go to events and venues, eat at different restaurants and explore new places. Certain times of the year I'm at my homestead in Williams the high desert of Northern Arizona where we are working on projects, homesteading, gardening and try to practice permaculture and being off grid & self-reliant. Just wanting to be honest & open I am transgender and part of the LGBT community. I welcome anybody with an open mind and heart.

I couldnt live in the Az desert. When we retired we set out in our class a
in search of our forever home. It took a while but we found it. Where Ca
& Or & the Pacific & the Redwoods all come together. We got 2 redwood
state parks 1 redwood national park a commercial harbor where 200
commercial fishing boats are moored bringing in fresh seafood each &
everyday. We also have a national rec area on a wild and scenic river, a
national forest, 3 casinos, little traffic, miles and miles of empty beaches
a nat'l wildlife refuge, Elk, deer, mountains, 2 lighthouses and scenery to
die for.

I have a small 50 gallon barrel that I collect water in for watering my small pots and plants in my backyard works great. Wish more people would do that.
Road work is important just maintenance and that Will take care of a lot of issues for you.
Nice to eat out once in a while -change of pace is good for all of us

i have a 1400 sq. ft. house on the border of apache junction east of phoenix that i put two 55 gallon drums on all four corners of the house , for a total of 800 gallons of rain water for our garden plants . saves on the water bill.

Paying $0.04 per gallon for water you haul is very expensive...if I understood you correctly.
We live west of Tucson and our rate is $4.00 for 1000 gallons to haul.

Idea for you for digging a well on property. Have a Big Music Feast on Pry before Winter. You have sound. Lights… Advertise all your friends come Help. Purpose: raise $$ for Well. Possibilities Limitedless for your creative Ideas. Maybe not time ‘this year! Plans. Plans… you know so many people to come your RESCUE.. you have helped so many people!! Invite Licals to Performance! It could be a Rock. Country Music Fest… Advertise to Locals… Permit… FUN! Good Luck.
AZ has let all the corporate, oft time, foreign big argi businesses drill and take as much water as they want so you now have to go really deep to hit water, it can run into 6 figures and of course there's no guarantee you'll actually hit it.

I pay 10 times that per gallon. 40¢ a gallon in Pahrump, NV.
You guys living down that road should think about getting your own grader vehicle. Everyone pitch in and pay to have a vehicle and driver who will maintain that road year round. The road needs to have ditches along the side and be push up higher in center area so it runs off. It is a long process to do for the length of that road.

It used to be the water place was pay to turn it on and it ran until you turned it off. Course that was 8 or 10 years ago.

What happened to all your chickens and their coop?
We still have the coop, but we rehomed the girls due to snow accumulating in the coop this past winter. Their new home is with a neighbor that had other chickens 🐔 and a rooster 🐓 😁👍

How much the water before the increase?
First rule of wells Don't let anybody know you have it.
In Arizona, wells are public information. You can look them up online.
@@McRod-1 yeah I guess I certainly wouldn't know about Arizona but in my geographical area they're drilled and not reported
I'm off Kaibab and 180. The road is a mess! Can you give me a referral on your cinder guy? $400 for 10yds isn't bad.
My neighbor set it up, but he's a local guy here in Valle, I'll see if I can find out.
@rvpandamonium .. thanks! I contacted a couple but they're way more expensive. I have a local unlicensed guy but he doesn't do the best job. It might take a couple of seasons, but I want to get a neighborly co-op organized to fix it up nicely.

I just went to lunch and they had those kinds of bar chairs. Very painful to your butt if you are heavy. Not you but some of your friends may not like them.
