    If this is true (and it appears to be), then this should revolutionize theological understanding of what ‘Nimrod’ means and it also has end time application.

      Yes, indeed it does. Cush is the first type of the Anti-Christ in Revelation. Check out my video about the Mark of the Beast in Genesis which confirms this take. And also the video on Genesis 10, The Table of Nations, it goes even further on the Tower of Babel and shows the parallels of Cush with the final Anti-Christ.
      Cush's Kingdom was the first beast mentioned to come out of the great sea in Daniel 7. The one like a lion.(Cush was a mighty Hunter) The parallels and understanding of Hebrew fits perfectly. Thanks for noticing and watching, God Bless

      @@crisdeugzman3711 I know your heart is in the right place brother. But there is something in the bible which builds to something at the end. Peter says this:
      Acts 2:17-18
      17 ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God,
      That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh;
      Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
      Your young men shall see visions,
      Your old men shall dream dreams.
      18 And on My menservants and on My maidservants
      I will pour out My Spirit in those days;
      And they shall prophesy.
      A prophecy of Daniel says this:
      Daniel 12:4
      4 “But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.”
      And John says this in Revelation:
      Revelation 10:7
      7 but in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, the mystery of God would be finished, as He declared to His servants the prophets.
      Things are going to become more known at the end, which I believe is starting to happen. Things exactly like this video. So thank you for the comment, as I said I know its coming from a good place in your heart. But I am trying to be lead by God and His Holy Spirit in uncovering things that have been hidden or unknown for sometime. I have more videos to make which will challenge things and common interpretations for thousands of years, which will not be received well. But when you are trying to be lead by God as a vessel for His knowledge, then the reaction of others is not the purpose, the path is the purpose. And I will only put forth a theory when I know that everything connects perfectly by God's will. God Bless

    Day 4 is when actual stars were created...that scripture in Genesis 1:16 is not talking about when angels were created. Yes, stars can sometimes be referred to as angels, but not always. Look at Job 38:4-7, God is telling Job the "morning stars," which are the same as the "sons of God," rejoiced when He created the earth.

    I like the way you are thinking... and I especially appreciate your going over the Hebrew with us and pointing out what appear to be mis-translations. I had already been playing around with "Shem" and "Name" once I learned they were the same word... and trying to figure out how it would affect the story of Babel... when I stumbled onto THIS video. I was also trying to figure out the division of the Earth thing during the time of Peleg... because it seems to me that would factor in. I had a few similar but different thoughts... so it was very nice to hear yours about all of this.

    I have studied Hebrew for so many years. In this video I am able to apply what I have learned from Hebrew and understand more of its meaning. Wow! It gives the Word of God a new perspective. The story of Nimrod now makes more sense because it certainly did not when read in English. Africa plays a powerful role in the Bible...,whether good or bad. The rebellions, the evil and wicked ways, the behaviors against God, etc. are definitely African traits that have been passed on around the world and throughout mankind. However God is truth, mercy, compassion, goodness and love. It is important to put all of your trust in God and not man. Thank you for such a thorough research on this part of the Bible.

    I do believe he has it right. But I also think Cush was not worshipping the stars, but had contact with actual fallen angels, demons, even Satan himself as his god, true AntiChrist. A parallel to our time, and fitting comparison to Jacob’s ladder, where we learn that holy angels are working through Christ to connect us with the Father.

    I believe that I have circumstantial proof that the reference to Peleg when the Earth was divided is a reference to the Towel of Babel, and the confusion of languages.
    What is the language of ancient Israel called? It wasn’t called Jewish, it was called HEBREW, a reference to Peleg’s father, Eber (who named him). Why would their language be referred to as the language of Eber? Because that was when the languages were confused, so they naturally named their language after their patriarch at the time, Eber.

    • @connectingthebible-deeperb5680
      @connectingthebible-deeperb5680  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, you are right. I will be addressing the Eber angle in my next video on Genesis 10, The Table of Nations. Of course, the Tower of Babel will be focused on in that video. The mention and highlighting of the name Eber in Genesis 10 is very significant when everything else gets connected. But you are right, Hebrew was the language that came from Eber and the confusing of the languages. Although much more was going on. Thanks for watching, God Bless you James

    Great teaching! Thank you! I believe the Lord wants us to increase our understanding of “Nimrod” and the “Towers of Babel” as it’s relevant more than we realize to what we see happening today. I came here as a part of research after hearing in my dream Towers of Babel and weeks later during sleep again I heard Nimrod twice on separate occasions which left me puzzled because there’s not much in the Bible regarding Nimrod. So I thought. This video has truly helped me gain much more revelation. Thank you!

    • @connectingthebible-deeperb5680
      @connectingthebible-deeperb5680  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, Cush/Nimrod and the Tower of Babel is a very important story and relevant to us today. Cush was the first model or type of an Anti-Christ that will persecute God's people and rule the world.(The Table of Nations video goes even further on this subject) This is just like what the final Anti-Christ will do in end times. If you understand the parallels then that will help in the trials to come in our lifetime. Thanks for watching and God Bless you.

    If I may so bold, I suggest you look at the history of Eridu which archaeologist assert is the first major construction site of civilization located near Ur which is considerd to be the first "city" of civilization. Originally, Eridu was considered to be the first city, but archeaologists discovered that there was no significant permanent habitation. Rather, it appears to be a religious site, several stories high and set on on a hill looking out over a plain and visible from miles away. It was abandoned after several centuries, but its basic worship was extended to all the Mesopotamian cities built throughout the Acient Near East. Just a thought.

Right now into Revelation, since I think we are there. God Bless

    Remember the man who sought to tear down his barns and build new one to take his ease. He was planning to "build back better" and Jesus said he was a fool and that his life would be required of him "this night".
    Night is the most common metaphor for tribulation, and he was planning to "build back better".

    Pangaea was weakened by the flood but, not separated until massive earthquakes occured with the strike on Babel. The continents moved significantly after the destruction of Babel by a meteor strike. The shockwave which caused the tower to fall, was caused by a mountain striking the Earth. Yes if you think that the majority of Bible teachers are teaching correctly you would be very mislead. This Man shows how scripture proves scripture. ❤ I teach New testament in the same way. For instance Jesus did not command a 3 name pagan chant while people get baptized in water. He did not command water baptizing for the church period. 1 cor 1. John baptized old covenant Believers for repentance and what were they repenting of? Following false money-grubbing teachers. John did not baptized them to follow Jesus (acts 17-19). He baptized them to get ready for salvation. Acts 2:38 shows three baptisms. None of them physical. Spiritual immersion into repentance/learning of Jesus and being baptized into his body by faith and receiving the baptism of the holy Spirit to lead you in your new life. Not following the educated guesses of man is today. They say that God is alive and on the throne and they tell you to come to them to learn about him which is ridiculous because scripture teaches you need no man to teach you. A true teacher won't show you what God showed him and tell you to go to God directly yourself. I don't think scripture is teach you about the Earth (physical planet) being divided but the world (populous )being divided. Those teachers good I just wish he'd stop using the word bible which isn't scriptural. No apostle or prophet ever used it.

    Thanks for the study. Found it very insightful. In the other parts of Genesis 10, how would you distinguish between 'fathered' vs 'brought forth'? I assume context, but wouldn't its usage as fathered in reference to children throughout the chapter make the context for Cush also a child instead of a verb?

    • @connectingthebible-deeperb5680
      @connectingthebible-deeperb5680  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I actually do lean on context for interpretation. Hebrew is very nimble and words can mean different things based on the context. I like to use a whole basket approach to interpretation, not just a standard exegesis. Not discounting exegesis, but one of the tools in the basket.
      There are 9 uses of the Hebrew word "yalad" in Genesis 10. We could go through granularly through each use to see how some mean the father of people, but others mean fathered a particular child. But even if all the other 8 uses all mean the same thing, the context of verse 8 should dictate the proper interpretation. You could even say it like this, Cush fathered rebellion. And that would still yield what you are addressing.
      The most compelling and convincing evidence is that Nimrod is not mentioned as a son of Cush in verse 7, right before verse 8. That was my big clue that something wasn't right when I began to study this.
      You bring up a good point, but context dictates translation and realizing that Hebrew can be nimble when translating. If you check out other words in Hebrew, many times words can have multiple meanings based on context. Thanks for your thought.

    I think there's another possibility to your evil trinity. In the same way the Holy Spirit guides and comforts us, "nimrod" (the spirit of rebellion) may have guided and driven Semiramis, after Cush's death. The "reincarnation" of nimrod (rebellion) in Tammuz could just mean that that spirit was in him as well.
    Fascinating stuff! Have you published a bible with these possible alternative translations? If so, I'd like to pick one up.

      Thank you for your reply. I'm sorry for positing the "Evil Trinity" in a surprising way... I suppose I should have couched it better. You have definitely got my attention with your teachings.
      I'm particularly interested in the actions of the Nephillim--there's an absolute dearth of innformation there. Genesis chapter 6 and to a lesser extent chapter 7 were sort of translated hastily it seems to me--as you pointed out with Ham's possibly raping his mother; and Cush actually being Nimrod. I am looking forward to seeing your take on the Nephillim. I'm lead to believe they raped whatever woman they chose, and that lead to the violence that filled the Earth. (What angers any man more than violating his spouse, daughter, mother, sister, etc. than that vile crime?) I haven't studied any of the biblical languages but it is clear you have.
      I greatly appreciate your scholarly work, especially digging into the Hebrew to ferret out the connections and more sensible explanations of obscure portions of scripture. Thank you so much and God Bless you and your work!@@connectingthebible-deeperb5680

      I saw another teacher that said Naamah (daughter of the muderer Lamech) may have been bargained in marriage to a Nephilim in return for sciences and technology of the time. In describing her brothers, there's a list of skills each of her brothers learned. It's a bit on the speculative side, but this teacher seemed to have ancient Jewish teachings that supported his claim. Also, Christians as late as the 1700's were teaching this. It reminded me of Greek myths how one of their gods gave man fire; and that parallels all the great flood myths from around the world. Of course, we know the truth; but this was a revelation to me and I thought I'd share with you. I'm looking forward your presentation. @@connectingthebible-deeperb5680

    one other thing while I am thinking of it... would the name of cush changed the name to nimrod/tamuz be after he changed himself into a giant? as depicted on reliefs as holding a mature lion under his arm?? your comment about nimrod was the hunter that provided food for his people reminds me of the way that mongols hunt... they make a huge circle among them, then chase everything to the center.. once the circle is tight, they slaughter everything inside the circle....

  • @allen_tor
    @allen_tor ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Here's my perspective. This story is a story of the empire of Sargon of Akkad, Shem watched this empire rise and fall and encoded it in a symbolic and prophetic story to tell to little Abraham. And Abraham passed the story to his son and it was told through the generations. He encoded the story of Adam and Eve, Cain and Abel and the Nephilim and the flood.
    So I believe Shem watched these people come together to appoint a leader for themselves in order to bring about heaven on earth and probably tried to warn them not to disobey God. Because to Shem only God is the rightful king of the earth and only God can bring heaven on earth so clearly Cush is rebelling against God.
    And I think in the time of Peleg was when the empire collapsed. And the story is a prophetic story, because it describes every time through history when human beings come together in one word and one voice to appoint a leader over themselves (appoint a Shem) and this leader is going to bring heaven on Earth this is Nimrod and Babel. Whether it's Babylon, Greece under Alexander or Rome under the Caesars, Soviet Russia or communist China, Natzi Germany or even today with the U.N. and the WEF. It's all Nimrod and the Tower of Babel, all of them, plus they fit the pattern to the letter. A group of people of one word and one voice who want to appoint a Shem over themselves coming together to bring, utopia or world peace or whatever.
    Shem saw the rise and fall of the akkadian empire he made this story and told it to Abraham before he died so that they would know not to follow in the footsteps of Cush.

    Hello. After watching this video may I ask do you know of a youtube channel called "The God Culture" who have reviewed and covered some scriptures like First Enoch, Jubilees, and 2nd Esdras and connect them to being used by the priests of Qumran the Sons of Zadok who opposed the Pharisees and the Hasmonean Dynasty that banished them from the 2nd Temple in 167B.C.?
    I recommend checking them out if you have not. They have alot Biblical topics which they covers like Ancient Hebrew measurements and traditions and many others like the Rivers of Eden locations.

      I wanted to let you know I checked out a few of their videos. I know its a style thing, but he kind of meanders and calling people stupid is off-putting. But to the thrust of his studies. I will give him props for his approach of going to the original language and showing that in his videos. He does have a depth of knowledge of connecting various things and concepts together.
      But here's the thing about his conclusions and I can only give my opinion of using non-canonical Books. I rarely go outside of the Bible because only the Bible would be considered infallible. That is not to say that those Books he uses cannot have truth in them, its just they cannot be considered without error like the Bible.
      One of the videos I watched was one on the 144,000 and one of the Books outside of the bible called them children, so this person took that at face value. I am doing one on the 144,000 and I can tell you the 144,000 are not children. That is the danger of using books outside of the bible, even if the books can contain some truth.
      I thought he did a good job on the 2 witnesses and had it for half of the video, then over-analyzed and went into an unnecessary tangent and conclusion.
      That's my take, you can take that with a grain of salt. The channel does a good job largely with a good deal of knowledge, but a couple of the conclusions differ with mine and I am deeply skeptical of using those non-canonical Books.
      But thanks for the suggestion, I do sometimes like to hear what other people say. God Bless

The institution which rose to power and authority as 2nd Esdras, Jubilees, and First Enoch predicted would rise to power and sentence the messiah to death.

    So, question here.
    I just watched your video on Ham and This one on Nimrod. I agree that your arguments are compelling because they make sense of passages that have bothered me for years.
    However, how is it that the translators are getting this stuff wrong? I mean, I'm having a hard time believing that you possess a greater knowledge of the Hebrew than a full team of knowledgeable translators do.
    What is going on here that I'm not understanding regarding you vs them?

    • @connectingthebible-deeperb5680
      @connectingthebible-deeperb5680  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That's a great question. In no way am I saying that I have this super knowledge greater than the great intellectuals steeped in biblical knowledge that have translated the bible. What I am saying is that fallible people get things wrong, including great scholarly minds like the people that translated the bibles. And even people who know Hebrew much better than I do, I wouldn't even call myself anywhere near a Hebrew expert. But that doesn't mean the experts cannot be wrong and an intermediate person such as myself could not be right about this. I don't even have a degree from any biblical institute or seminary. Just a voracious appetite to read and study the bible. It is my whole life.
      There is this concept in the prophecies from the bible. Let me cite some:
      Daniel 12:4
      4 “But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.”
      Time of the end, knowledge will increase. In Peter's sermon at Pentecost:
      Acts 2:17-18
      17 ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God,
      That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh;
      Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
      Your young men shall see visions,
      Your old men shall dream dreams.
      18 And on My menservants and on My maidservants
      I will pour out My Spirit in those days;
      And they shall prophesy.
      God will start to speak through people at the time of the end. And in no way am I suggesting that I alone have this ability. And John in Revelation prophesied this:
      Revelation 10:7
      7 but in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, the mystery of God would be finished, as He declared to His servants the prophets.
      The mystery of God will be finished, that means things will be revealed at the end. All these passages point to things being revealed and made more known during the end times, which many Christians believe is happening now.(including myself)
      Personally when I came to Christ and started to really read the bible for the first time, the only thing I can say is that it made sense to me. The whole bible made sense. That doesn't mean that I didn't have to do some serious study from the scriptures and even learn what others had to say about the passages.
      And I don't want to sound arrogant of my purpose, but this is why I think God chose me to see things others have not. Up until coming to Christ, I had never read the bible nor heard what other Christians scholars had to say about the stories. I was a blank slate, I didn't have any preconceptions of what the scriptures meant by others. I could read the bible myself and look at things with a fresh outlook. And I do not discount a standard exegetical approach to understanding scriptures, but am willing to dissect things using a different set of tools and a new methodology. Yes I'm employing a brand new methodology and the people with entrenched opinions about what the stories mean are going to push back on my conclusions.
      I have told people that I am a nobody, just a Christian that believes he sees a larger truth from God's point of view. But I take comfort that Jesus chose a bunch of fishermen nobodies who weren't more knowledgeable about the scriptures than say the scribes and Pharisees in the time of Jesus. But God can choose whomever He wants to choose to reveal things, when Peter acknowledged that Jesus was the son of God, this is what Jesus said:
      Matthew 16:17
      17 Jesus answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven.
      I don't think I'm smarter than the translators or other Christian scholars, just chosen by God to reveal things. And I believe I know what is about to happen during the tribulation to come. And my purpose is to warn others about what is to come. If you've watched my videos in the last year, I am solely focusing on end times, because I believe it has started. And my purpose is to help people navigate through the tribulation and the deceptions of Satan. I believe this is why God has chosen me. And I am not alone either, others are prophesying some things out there that I think is coming from God too.
      I am sure this has been a long-winded reply, but I wanted to be honest with you. I think these things I say are revelations from God. And I have lots more things to say, including many stories that people that think they know what it means have been wrong. There is one story in Genesis that I have to do, that I know will not be received well, because it has been misunderstood from the beginning. But if I think this new revelation is coming from God, then I must speak the truth no matter how it's received. Hope this is a good explanation to your question. God Bless

      I have had interactions through people with knowledge of Hebrew that have not voiced any concerned that I got the Hebrew wrong. I don't think I would call them Hebrew scholars though. Just like you, its a big task to grasp what I said in this video.
      And I know a person that I consider a Hebrew scholar that pointed out to me in my studies what the 'nun' as a prefix meant in Nimrod. But he was only willing to flesh out how to understand the meaning behind the name. He didn't connect it to the verb tense and don't think he'd go out on that limb either.
      I have not brought my video before any Rabbi and Jewish scholar to see what they had to say. I locked in my understand of verb tenses through different people. And once I felt comfortable of saying what I said, I published. This video is public and any Hebrew or Jewish scholar is welcome to comment on the Hebrew breakdown. I know its revolutionary and maybe hard to accept. This is OT too, so we can get to an agreement without the big stuff clouding up our interaction.
      Maybe since I'm small they haven't heard of me yet. I am interested in a Hebrew scholar's opinion. I think its solid.
      Thanks for the comment on Noah and Ham. Yes, Genesis is my favorite Book, by far the most I've read any book. When you read something so much, you can get deeper and deeper with it. And since I'm applying a new methodology of parallels and applying it through the lens of the whole bible, I found the deeper story behind the Tower and the post-flood world. God Bless

      @@my1vice That verse in Daniel did not say the scroll of Daniel would be revealed, but that knowledge will increase in the end. Knowledge! That's exactly what it said.
      How about Revelation for confirmation of this concept...
      Revelation 10:7
      7 but in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, the mystery of God would be finished, as He declared to His servants the prophets.
      The mystery of God would be finished by the second coming of Jesus Christ as God speaks through His servants. How about when the Holy Spirit spoke through Peter?

    Thank you for the excellent Bible study. I get these ideas along the way, my ideas only, from my research: Nimrod/Cush may have provided his people AS food, which is why he hunted and captured them. There are so many Hebrew words that relate to being captured, whether by slave traders or cannibals, or both. So if the word Moor comes from Nimrod, makes sense why Morocco is famous for its ancient slave market, which still exists as a ( not so open) slave market judging from recent reports. It certainly lasted until the 1800’s, mainly selling Christian whites by the way; people captured from European trading ships, not from the depths of Africa.
    The eating of humans by other humans resulted in prion diseases such alter the genetics of future generations. The book of Jasher mentions human-animal hybrids also, which must surely have angered God.
    Also, when I study google earth underwater features, I get the idea that everything underwater today was once above water and vice versa. I see signs of erosion and what might have been waterfalls.
    Judah being described as a hunter, and the theft of the name Semitic by non Semitic people today (“let us make a Shem for ourselves” is a topic best not approached on this platform.

    I appreciate your work a lot as I have been mulling over his identity for awhile in my research. There are a lot of important things the Cush identification affects. For example, in Babylon the deification of Nimrod was likely tied to sun worship via the ziggurats although bit is not clear, because it is evident the pyramids of Egypt and mound builder cultural influence led to the later pyramids internationally. Part of the question for me in the past was the Egyptian motivation to copy Babel. Mizraim founded Egypt, but that may have been after Babel in the Ubaid Expansion, and it would make more sense if Cush/Nimrod was his brother, and he wanted to assume a similar identity in claiming to be a son of Ra or something along those lines, which established that claim pattern for later pharoahs. While Cush is associated with Ethiopia, if no one migrated there until after the Babel incident, then Cush himself may never have gone there. Perhaps it only refers to his descendants going there, and the descendants of Asshur remaining in the north. It's hard to get a good sense of the timing and flow of each group, but it is clear in my opinion by the pyramids in China and South America, that those migrations do not predate Babel. Nimrod is believed to have also been deified as Ningirsu or Ninurta and much of the Hercules legends seem to be based on the mythologies around Ninurta, who is probably Gilgamesh also as many believe. The Orion constellation is also ultimately Cush as he predates later mythology. Japheth is Ju-piter/Zeus(or Ja-pater(father)), Ham is Cham/Chronus, Noah is Oannes/Ouranos/Uranus, and Shem is believed to be Titan. The story of Chronus castrating Uranus is a mythologized version of the Ham and Noah incident. However, both had to do with domination of what in reality was rulership of the post-flood world. It is clear all Greek and Mesopotamian mythology ultimately ties back to Genesis, and even Golbekli Tepe and similar places in Turkey seem to be the product of the descendants of Noah working their way to Shinar. The glorified or deified animals at the Tepe sites seem to also tie back to Cain and Abel. This idea that survival or reliance on meat led to deified animals and sacrifices is sad but true. Euhemerist type theories indicated these things thousands of years ago, but the Greeks at that time were not studying the old testament. I'm not sure if you are aware of the Book of Og and of Lamech of Cain, translated by father Martin, but I believe they are accurate. While there is much debate on the subject, I personally think the Nephilim spirits invoked during sexual rituals is what led to the post-flood giants. The Book of Og claims Nimrod was doing sacrifices and cannibalism. Just as Mozes was not writing contemporaneously with Genesis patriarchs, those books probably were written millennia later, but there are many little plot holes they seem to fill. I am interested in hearing your take on those subjects and the Nephilim identity and return in general.

      I will doing a video in the Nephilim next year. Lots more research to do. It's a big subject and very controversial, so I need to cover my bases. I have a theory on post-flood Nephilim, but have to exhaust the study of Hebrew names from the flood until time of Joshua. There's much there to dig into, but it will probably be labeled as theory. In 2024 the video should hit. I have lots more to do just in this year in reference to Revelation.
      You've done some good research on constellations above. Don't know if I can buy all of it, but some of it makes good sense with the connections. I'll check out that Book of Og, I'm skeptical about cannibalism(sacrifices yes), but don't mind giving theories a chance. Thanks and God Bless

    I love what you are doing and find it fascinating and accurate. My only questions/concerns are that you repeatedly analyze vowels in Hebrew. Since vowels were not used in ancient Hebrew, and since they are a modern construct to make Hebrew more readable, how do you justify your analysis of a word like Nimrod and Limrod by analyzing the vowels?

    • @connectingthebible-deeperb5680
      @connectingthebible-deeperb5680  ปีที่แล้ว

      That's a great point. The Masorites added the vowel system around 10th century AD I believe.
      But that doesn't mean the structures and pronunciations of the words weren't already in place. The Jewish culture has a long oral history of telling these stories through the generations and I would think the Masorites would only apply a vowel marking system to what was already in place verbally.
      Just because there were only consonants, does not mean the vowel sounds between the consonants weren't there. This was their culture, I would think they would be painstakingly careful to get the vowel sounds right and the verb tenses based on context too.
      But yes that's a great question. I take people at face value their intentions are good and would try to record a vowel system that was already in oral practice established.

    • @connectingthebible-deeperb5680
      @connectingthebible-deeperb5680  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I think the Assyrian comes from Ezekiel. I Believe Ezekiel 31 is prophesying about the Anti-Christ. We know Assyria comes from Asshur. And Asshur is from Shem's line in Genesis 10. Asshur went forward and built Nineveh and the cities around it. (here's a good hint of the AC- he built a great city Gen 10:12) So the Assyrian from Ezekiel looks like the AC.
      The parallel still fits about Cush being a type or foreshadow of the AC but then the foreshadow points to another AC coming from God's people.(Shem's line) This type of brother against brother violence between Noah's sons is how Satan operates. Jesus talks about family division and betrayal until death in the Great Tribulation. So in the future the AC represented by an Assyrian coming from God's line means the AC will be a Christian since Christians are going to be the target of the Great Tribulation.
      I hope you could follow that. God Bless

      Sure, My name is Randy. It has been on my earlier videos, but I decided to remove it in order to embrace the full gospel of Jesus Christ. John the Baptist said it was his duty to have less of him and more of Jesus. I am merely trying to apply that in this ministry, so that is why I no longer list my name in the credits. Feel free to call me Randy.
      Background: I am a devout Christian, Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. I do not wish to give my denomination, as I'm an ecumenical person and am vexed at the division in God's church we see today. Anyone that professes that Jesus Christ is their Lord and Savior is my brother and sister in Christ. I tend to steer away from theology debates as I see that seems to cause division in the church. My sole focus is to interpret the bible based on a whole bible approach and also applying it in a different way. Through the lens of parallels and the connections we see from Old Testament to the New Testament. The Apostle Paul talked about these as lessons we should learn from. I believe God is trying to communicate to us through these parallels, as what is to come. And that is the focus on this ministry.
      Although I always believed in God, I truly came to Christ about 7-8 years ago and surrendered my life to Him. It was at that point, that I started voraciously reading the bible, sometimes over 12 hours per day. It has become my whole life. These connections always jumped out at me and I seemed to just "get it". I do not have any fancy degree in biblical studies. The classes I have taken to help going deeper in my knowledge is too countless to mention. I am open to what other people say. But I think that my take seems to be a little bit different from others is because I am a blank slate and have no preconceptions as to what the scriptures say based on what others say. I'm simply okay with standing apart from other scholars, I stand by the parallels and I believe that is how to interpret the scriptures.
      I have not claimed to be any kind of expert on Koine Greek language. I do not claim to be an expert in Hebrew, but have taken hundreds of classes on interpreting Biblical Hebrew. Including too numerous to mention, some from a very generous man with a PhD in Biblical Hebrew that taught me Hebrew in one on one lessons.
      Basically, no fancy degree, just a desire to come at the Bible from a different angle. I'm a nobody, but I take solace that our Lord Jesus choose nobodys as well to deliver His message to the world. I do try in my videos to offer advice to help the watcher to be able to discern things for themselves and even understand my thought patterns in how I came up with the conclusions that I arrived at.
      I believe that we are entering a period that Jesus called the beginning of sorrows, and my latest focus is on end time connections. All my next videos coming will be addressing end time events. I am trying to help anyone navigate this fallen world and get through Satan's deceptions.
      I hope I answered your questions about my background, feel free to ask me anything. God Bless

    I forgot to mention in my previous comment, that I don't believe Semiramis was the wife of Nimrod(possibly Cush). The more you research the subject of her separately, you wind up findung out she was Sammuramat who ruled Assyria approximately 800 b.c. Something I realized about a year ago is that we don't really know the name if Nimrod's queen, and Sammuramat came centuries later, only to be conflated with the ancuent queen who was probably the basis fir Astarte/Ashteroth/Ishtar/Inna and later Aphrodite. I believe their legends became intertwined by the ancient greek historians like Siculus, because both predated them and were mythologized queens of Assyria. However, I believe Cush or Nimrid's queen would have predated Semiramis/Sammuramat by at least two millenia.

      God has been looking for people the obey His laws and commands since the beginning in the garden. Do you think God always wanted Adam and Eve to sin? Or the people at Babel to rebel against Him? Yes, God is outside of time and knew the end from the beginning, but that doesn't mean God wanted people to disobey along the way to get where we are now.
      Why would God choose Abraham after all the happenings at Babel and ultimately test him with sacrificing his son Isaac? He wanted a people to Have faith in Him and obey Him no matter what, even in the face of death. I mean why test him, if he knew the result?
      God has been trying to find a loyal people since the beginning. And I have no problem saying that God intended to wipe out sin with the flood, because Noah was a righteous man. And it looks like Noah was a righteous man, but a lousy father.
      And just because God knew the result, doesn't mean he gave the people free will at every stage in humanity's disobedience against Him.

      Maybe because....
      Daniel 9:21
      21 yes, while I was speaking in prayer, the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning...
      Luke 1:26
      26 Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God...
      The Bible itself both calls Gabriel a man and an angel. Doesn't sound as clear cut as you say...But why?
      Ezekiel 10:14-15
      14 Each one had four faces: the first face was the face of a cherub, the second face the face of a man, the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle. 15 And the cherubim were lifted up. This was the living creature I saw by the River Chebar.
      Angels can have the face of a man and appear to be a man. The Bible is clear on this. Now go back to the verse in Genesis..
      Genesis 6:4
      4 There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.
      Sons of God is how the Bible describes angels as God directly made angels and thus is father to them. So the face value of this verse is implying angel and human commingling. Now you might think that this verse is far fetched to be about sexual interaction between angels and humans but it's a common interpretation. And thus the mighty men described right afterwards would be describing the offspring in that verse.
      I will be doing a video later this year hopefully talking about these nephilim and whether it can be more proven that angels did mate with humans.

      Yes, contextually it fits that Micah is talking about the land of rebellion or Babylon was at the entrance of Assyria. These 3 videos about What happened to Ham and Noah, Identifying Nimrod and then the Table of Nations, should give you important context as to why Micah would reference Nimrod's land of rebellion when the section in Micah is about Assyria.
      Because Micah was a prophet when the Northern Kingdom went into Exile by Assyria. And the fact that he referenced Nimrod is huge context. God's people were being taken by a different people. That is why Micah 5:6 references Nimrod(land of rebellion) in a section about Assyria taking the Northern Kingdom. The land of rebellion again continues and God's people are being taken in both instances.

      Yeah, that section has generated alot of controversy. There's a whole industry of people talking about Semiramis and her connection to Nimrod. So I decided to label it as legend to question its truth, while putting it in the video as a potential parallel.
      Now there is a Semiramis that came later associated with Assyria. But that doesn't mean there could also be another woman who was Cush's wife that was either also named Semiramis or she was misnomered as Semiramis and assumed the same roles that was put forth.
      The Queen of Heaven is a real thing and had to have originated somewhere. And obviously referenced in the bible. Most identify her as Astarte from the Canaanite legend. Now either some people just made Astarte up out of nowhere. Or she was a real person that did things to begin the legend, and people began to worship her afterwards.
      The same thing with Nimrod, my interpretation is that he was not a person but a verb. And the person who lead the rebellion at the Tower was in fact Cush. But Nimrod was known as a real person too. I've listened to Jewish Rabbis twist the counting of the names in Genesis 10 to come up with 70 original nations, because they have the problem of counting Nimrod as a person. If I am right, how did that legend begin? Someone must've started either calling Cush Nimrod or after his death refer to him as Nimrod.
      It is not a stretch to say that Cush had a wife during the Tower of Babel incident. Whether her name was Semiramis or not, I cannot say. But we know something seriously happened at the Tower since God Himself came down to see the city and break up the people from what they were doing. It was that serious of an event. We even know this was so serious that God answered the Tower of Babel with His own inverse answer at Pentecost. I did a video about that called the Tower of Pentecost. So God was very aware of something diabolical happening at the Tower that He directly answered it.
      I do think it fits into the parallel that I put into the video. But I cannot say definitively so it sits as theory. I don't get how anything I said questions the Trinity. I am 100 percent a Trinitarian Christian. The theory about Cush's wife has no affect on the Trinity.

I can't express how curious I am to hear what your thoughts would be on it, and if you could end up drawing some connections in scripture that I can't. There is a woefully small amount of exposition out there on the topic of Melchizedek. I don't personally believe the theory that he was a Christophony either. I think that he was fairly clearly a real man, real king of the time, and God was on his side, obviously. He was the presiding highest ranking man of God alive at the time. Interestingly enough, his blessing to Abram happened to be, of course, after Noah had passed away (not too long after), and given EVERYTHING that you explained in this video, about the people of Babel wanting "a Shem of their own," it really seems to me that Shem must have been a very well known and highly regarded leader amongst those who were still following God. That also happens to sound like exactly who Melchizedek was, in the same time period. I honestly am more than a solid 80% convinced that Melchizedek was Shem.
