I am new to camper trailers, and the 2024 Keystone Passport 190RD is my first-ever trailer. I was excited about the new trailer, but that quickly turned into worry and disappointment. I just returned from my first three-night trip, only a couple of hours away from home. The number of things that started falling apart would be comical if it weren't for the fact that I feel I have wasted $22,000 on the biggest junk I have ever bought. Three out of four window blinds came off the ceiling with their first gentle pull. The same happened with the smoke detector when it started sounding the alarm and I just needed to reset it. Keystone saved 5 cents by using bare screws without anchors. The ceiling trim is peeling, and all the outside storage locks no longer work. The propane regulator fell off the front of the trailer, and the water stopped draining in the sink after using just a few gallons for washing dishes (with no debris). I haven't mustered the courage to investigate why the water stopped draining yet. These are the issues I noticed within the first 24 hours. Then there are the things that are functioning but are of really low quality or just poorly designed. The AC, which is supposed to have three speeds, seems to have just one blasting speed, making conversation inside almost impossible when it's on. The thermostat on the unit only has low, medium, and high settings, making it difficult to achieve the desired temperature. The fuse box fan almost never stops spinning, ensuring there is almost never any quiet time in this trailer. The mattress is so uncomfortable that I rushed to nearby Walmart to get a thick mattress pad. The sink is disproportionately large, consuming most of the available counter space, yet the faucet is so cheap it has no pull-down extension, making rinsing such large sink difficult. There is no cover for the sink. The light above the sink started flickering on the first night. In all the cabinetry, there isn't a single drawer, and all overhead cabinets with lift-up panels have no support struts or latches, ensuring you'll always need one hand to keep them up. The TV has the worst viewing angle I’ve ever experienced. I understand that many of the low-end furnishings and appliances are simply that: really low-end. However, the poor workmanship and quality of how this trailer was put together have made me lose confidence in its overall quality, leaving me wondering what major thing will malfunction or fall off on the trailer's second trip. The 2024 Keystone Passport 190RD was a major disappointment. If your budget is $25K or less, look for a better manufacturer than Keystone, or you might be better off buying a used trailer from a quality company and upgrading some of the appliances if needed or wanted.

A New 2024 Model with "ANALOG" Thermostat? Really? 👎🏻 Manual Stabilizers? The 2022 models were electric and Power jack ,why offer less Quality to the Customers? From 2 Propane Tanks to 1
You’re correct! Passport and Bullet have a lot of similarities and this is intentional on Keystone’s end. It essentially allows them to get around dealer agreements and sell a nearly identical RV in the same market with 2 different dealers. This unfortunately is actually a fairly common practice in the RV industry and they often refer to them as “sister” products. Hope this helps clear things up! -Ian Baker

I bought one, they are built like crap. Cheapest made thing I have ever built, air conditioner should be illegal louder than my chainsaw! Demand better folks.
you missed the point... this is a simple basic trailer with modern touches.... its not a $90k 5th wheel. this costs less than a new car. i have the exact one to...its perfect for exactly the use it was built for(and who he kept saying it was for). a weekend warrior/couple... you buy this to use when you want to get out more and or when you want some " luxury" when youre normally a tent camper... you need to temper your expectations or get a bigger/more expensive trailer.

Other than the color of the wood inside the trailer it is absolutely identical to the Keystone Bullet Crossfire 1900 RD.
WTH????
