Counting in wins - Big Z - Brian Shaw - Mariuz Pud- or however u spell it forgive me- Strength/Power - Eddie/Hafthor - Oleksii Novikov I’m still new to the WSM sorry
@@GiantsLiveSTRONGMAN Yes, I think he would have adapted. He was still great in 2009. He was extremely good, so it is kind of unfair to him. But that is still how I rate it atleast. If he continued it may have been the "Big 4" maybe. Difficult to answer, but I do not think he would have have won the Arnold. He was number 1 in a certain type of competition. He would, or could probably dominate SCL and probably giants live shows. Who knows. There are many "What ifs", I think Dominic Filiou was one of them what if potential ones. May he rest in piece.
@@maticsimonic9673 yeah tbh I would say so, I have was trying to come up with an excuse not to list him as I was not a fan of his, being that he was competing with my favourite of all time, and winning 😅 but he was a phenomenon super strong lean and athletic. He is certainly up there and by rights should probably take 1st place being he is the o ly one to win 5 times, in fact I'll put him in second. Big z, mariuz, shaw. I dont put kaz up there like some people as I think the competition was mostly Americans when he was competing and wasnt really "worlds strongest man" Kind of like the WBA world basketball association, which contains only american teams.
I'm far from a Hapthor fan, but I will say that 100kg-180kg is considered a light set in Atlas Stone lore. Kieliskowski no doubt is impressive doing them in 16 seconds, but normally the stones heavy set is 150kg-200kg (330LBS. TO 441LBS) and sometimes 150kg-210kg (330LBS TO 462LBS). I believe if Thor had to lift the light set in 16 seconds in his prime, he could have if needed to win a comp.
@Giants Live where are you selling these TV rights? It makes no sense we can't watch it. Make a channel and charge £3. Something. You are ruining the sport by events which we can't watch but can see snips off and results for. You demean the live product. The WSM final is even worse. Think on this hard please.
I feel like mateusZ could have been more dominant if he would have put on 30 more pounds but I guess he likes he's body too much to sacrifice the extra mass
Big Z, MVM and Shaw. I think Magnus always gets overlooked, but he finished top 2 6 years in a row, and was champion in the first three years WSM ran the group stage format we're familiar with today. He also could have been at least a podium finisher from 1989, but JPS was always going to get Iceland's place in the final. Obviously, Pudz, Hapfthor, Kaz and JPS are all in the conversation.
He did win WSM the following year! Some say controversially because Thor got injured during WSM 19', but that is part of strongman competition! On a side note, Licis is actually from Latvia and is now an American citizen!
Mixture of politics and he is getting on a bit now. Probs not good enough for any of the .ajor shows anymore but Giants live europes and OSG masters he should still get a shot at imo
Give us your Top 3 strongmen of all time? (Old timers can be listed too. BUT Big Z has to make almost everyone's top 3 list? Surely?

@@vorox7658 That's the answer. I would add Kazmier since he could have won it even more.
Zydrunas, Brian and Hafthor, those are the "Big 3", with Mariusz in a bit "strange" 4th.
@@TwoBlackMarks thats seems fair. Though what if Mariusz competed in this later era of heavierand often maximum events - would he not have adapted?

8 reps by Martins on the DL. Amazing
And I was happy to see Mikhail place 2nd with 6 reps. As much as I don't like Russian Federation and its army, he's a true gentleman.
Big Z is the strongest man to ever walk the 🌎
Thank you for the upload. Hadn't seen this one yet.
our pleasure! hopefully you enjoy it
Big Z, Shaw, Thor
Big z, greatest of all time no doubt in my mind, brian shaw, and maybe stoltman, early days but i think he has the potential.
interesting.... What If Tom does nothing more who would your third be?
@@GiantsLiveSTRONGMAN it has to be Mariusz Pudzianowski

4x WSM 2XIFSA 1XFORTISSUMUS 8X ARNOLD =GOAT BIG Z
To think brian and mark both retired this year from wsm end of an era
its going to be strange without them.!
Big Z is the best of all time in my Opinion .
*_GREAT 👏👏👏_*
That tall skinny Scottish guy has a lot of potential!
Marius, big z, and brian shaw for sure.

He still has the world record on the heaviest set ever done

I'd win the deadlift if it was who could lift it the least amount of times in a minute. I think I could get negative 10 reps!

Big Tom looking skinny!!
Plzz avoid showing Fat Eddie
That goofy looking American guy looks like he could do well in the future!

That's not a guy. That's a dragon
Look at Janashia at 2:21 and his back muscles ? This really dont looks natural - or ?
natural yes but some kind of anamoly with the DNA obviously
Whats been going on with Shivlyakov? Hope he hasnt been getting the cold shoulder
