So this is a single layer deluxe version? Is it comparable with the 2022 deluxe sc touring 12.6 board which is double layered. Is it flexing a bit more or not? Before spending 900 Euros in the Netherlands … while the old version is on sale..

Hi @Wessel-n1p thanks for the message! The Deluxe Lite construction is brand new for this year and offers a lighter weight alternative to the Deluxe and looks to replace last year's Zen construction offering improved stiffens.

You make a comment about the pressure being 18 -20psi but I think on the board it recommends 15 - 18psi. Are you running them at 20psi for a stiffer board?

We'd always say adhere to what the manufacturer says but we have run this model at 20PSI without any ill effects.

Thanks a lot for the review! I am 80kg, don't want the 14" board, looking for a lightweight board that packs small. Would you recommend the 12.6" or would I be fine with the 11.6" ?

@beezesty Thank you for your comment! We would definitely recommend the 12'6" model, having the extra foot of length will improve the overall glide of the board and be a lot more efficient over an 11'6 with minimal compromise on compatibility

I just went to buy this for my wife on your store but it says it's not out until mid August :(

Afraid so... however, they are still proving to be very popular with many pre-orders received to date.

Thanks for watching. In what respect? Two quite different boards at wildy different price points.

Has anyone tried the windsurf accessory?

I don't think this board comes with that as an option.

That's correct. You could wing the board with something like some Drift Stopper or an Ezy Wing kit from Forward WIP but not windsurf.

Well.. It folds significantly. And cannot be named an ultimate board IMHO. If you pay more for an advanced version, you'll forget about the extra money in a week or so. But instead you'll be enjoying years and years,.

We'd differ on the basis that value for money this version cannot be touched, especially as there is not reason why it would not be as durable as the Deluxe counterpart. Where the Deluxe does win through (at a price) is that it will be stiffer at higher pressures.

@@TheSUPCompany So is it flexing more than other boards of this class? I've seen that Last years ZEN version had a significant flex. Was it improved in this model?
