Today, when The Indomitable Dom is not drifting about he is at anchor catching squid & his favourite Sand Whiting pulled up from the sandy bottom. He discussed Calamari farts. I have never heard a Calamari fart. I have heard a Calamari fisherman fart & it was Dom. With a good number of Whiting caught he headed home to do a cook up. The fish were prepared & he tested the knife blade on his thumb. It was sharp. A hurriedly applied bandaid avoided a bloody mess. Whiting sauteed in smoked mussels? A Dom master touch. Then he proceeded to make homemade ravioli. Cottage cheese clumped over the ravioli with the whiting. The ravioli was boiled for about 10 minutes & Dom turned his hand to making a sauce. White wine was added. A secret wine because the label wasn't shown. Perhaps, Dom could include the recipes in his future Catch "n Cooks? The taste test. Dom said it would have to be one of the best dishes he has made. And it looked delicious!
