Wild west relics found metal detecting and old homestead! Ep 318

The bears are on the move! In my last video we found a sow bear with three cubs up a tree. This time we see a black bear sow with 1 cub and a cinnamon bear with 2 cubs in the same day. It really adds to my metal detecting day to see such cool wildlife at these old homesteads. It also helps put it in perspective what life was like here in the Wild West of Montana in the late 1800s. We only have about an hour or so to dig, but this old sheep ranch doesn't disappoint! We get a ton of old antique and vintage relics, old coins and more. Spoiler alert I also find an old pistol. What a great piece of history from this old homesite. We get a ton of treasure in a small amount of time.

Beautiful suspender clips, lots of fancy. Also have to give a shout out to Gunner the wonder dog. I'm sure you wonder about him a lot. Love all of the stove legs, how ornate that they are. When people took pride in what they made. Thanks for another great hunt.

@@DirtyMoneymetaldetecting I love to detect! You might have seen me at one of the Florida group hunts. I found a Yale lock just the other day, an older one. My farm permissions are planted right now, so I'm really waiting for fall to get back in my fields!

These little sniper coils are something else. So amazing for high junky areas. Which is pretty much every homestead near the foundation and the cellar.

My guess is .22 I'm going to put it in electrolysis and hope a serial number pops up. We've been getting into digging the big iron. Super fun, plus it unmasks other items quite often.
