as an Australian that is the most American lamington, I've ever seen. a traditional Aussie Lamington, or as we affectionately call them "Lammmos" is made out of vanilla sponge cake which is a light, airy, and fluffy cake that doesn't have much flavour to it and is more of a cream colour and not yellow. it's filled with raspberry jam and mock cream in the middle, coated in chocolate syrup, and then desiccated coconut. you can buy them as lamington fingers, bite-sized pieces of lamingtons perfect for parties or on the go, or in giant cubes, usually best eaten by one person and can be bought from any cake shop

It was my favorite. i saw him do that one live years ago and it was even better in person. it's so hard to not still enjoy something that was great because of someone's downfall. we will probably never get to watch the Cosby show ever again. which is a shame.
