In his opening statement he talked about how this is all”rumor and speculation”…..ummmm it’s not a rumor that a baby was fcking exposed in a garbage and found in a landfill!! This defense attorney is incredibly unlikable. He didn’t do her any favors!
She is entitled to a defense that will fight for her. If she doesnt get that, she can overturn her verdict. He has a tough job and he's done it so well, there is no way she can argue she had an incompetent defense

I know the defense counsel is just doing his job to the best of his abilities, but he presented himself as a smug, disrespectful, arrogant sob during the course of this trial. His client is guilty as sin so let’s hope she’s found guilty so he’s humbled and justice can be done.

There is some mitigation in this case - her age, drug addiction, she meets the criteria for BDP, childhood trauma etc but this does not excuse her of responsibility but might mean she has the possibility of rehabilitation and parole down the line.

jury instructions alone can be close to 200 pages long. they have to talk about each count.. it’s very extensive. i knew they would reach a verdict today. but they possibly will tomorrow. since it’s friday lol

I really dislike this defense attorney. He has been rude to every witness that is not on her side. IMO she needs to be put ubder the jail.
