3:22 - I have noticed Up Main services using Platforms 7 and 8 more often recently, not quite sure why but it's interesting.
5:33 - The Oxford's actually don't call at Slough anymore either, the intention has been to have no fast services regularly call there so as to be able to fence off the fast line platforms there. It's also in part to improve pathing.

Could be just purely because of trains coming off the Berks & Hants Line really
At least Slough still has fast service into London though. Makes the Didcots nicer to use 😂 (A)

Going on a cruise from Newcastle later this year and will be travelling on one of those up there all the way from Plymouth. Not looking forward to that journey one bit but will be worth it once we’re on 🚢

I have got a good idea how about you go to midgham they have nice trains there
Potentially if diverts happen but otherwise it doesn't get a great deal of traffic
Migham only sees London - Devon and Cornwall services and Newbury shuttle so not the best compared with Reading or Swindon
You haven’t gone to Torquay for a while
I’m sure that will be covered at some point (A)
I don't often travel as local as I used to mainly because I like to venture further. Torquay is one of those where I'll just do it whenever I can.
