I've seen a similar looking capsule on the Samson C05, which is also a handheld mic with a small membrane condenser capsule, just like this one. (It's NOT a dynamic microphone, by the way!)

Are you sure it's a static sound coming from outside the microphone?? It could be the natural hiss of the microphone. These Chinese mics have a terrible self-noise of 20 dB or more.
It has a sort of hiss sound in the back as if a fan is on, on his videos there is ABSOLUTELY ZERO hiss. I wanna know how he has no hiss or static type sounds in the back.
How about your computer? Sometimes we're not aware of the high sound it makes because we're so accustomed to hearing it every day that we completely ignore it.

The microphone is actually a handheld condenser and not a dynamic microphone, which is why the capsule looks the way it does.
