Evaluation certificates are issued for five years for all UAE MOH health professionals. It should be renewed once it expires. If you have a valid evaluation certificate you could not work for the first four years in the UAE but in the fifth year if you get an opportunity to work if the valuation is valid you can work. If you are planning to move abroad or if you are planning to go back to your home country if the evaluation is expired please renew and take a new evaluation with the validity of 5 years .If you live in the country but you have experience in the UAE, you can take a new evaluation certificate. If you have a valid DOHe or DHA license Or if you plan to move you can also take one evaluation certificate which is valid for 5 years. If you are renewing you may do the data flow verification.
