I had real leather V90s but after just one year of (admittedly heavy) wearing the insole started dissolving already and plastic particles fell of inside the shoe while wearing them and so it felt like walking with gravel in your sole all the time so I had to replace them.
Until this point the V90s were very comfortable and asthetically pleasing, though.
Instead of getting them again I however got a new pair of V10s with the artificially leather instead and compared to the V90s they don't feel as comfortable and I literally needed months to break them in.
I grew to like them and wear them everyday but the material mixture is just not as comfortable.

If you had to choose between these and the Thursday leather sneakers which would you go with?

Great question. I love the look of these, but the comfort and price of the Thursdays gives them the edge in my opinion.

This is old now, but as someone who owns 4 pairs of Thursday shoes, their sneakers have terrible QC. All 3 of my Thursday sneakers came in different sizes even though they all said the same. It wasn’t even close. The white ones are the best and are made in a different factory.

Having both I would go Veja.

Veja's insoles are terribly stiff with zero cushion. I have 3 pairs (Urca, V10, Campo) and I have replaced them all since day one with “Float-on-Air” insoles. A completely different experience, now I feel almost like walking on my Hokas 😂

Tremendous idea! The recycled rubber and sugar footbeds in the Vejas aren't the best.

are they comfy for flat feet 😢😢😢😢😢???

I’d probably swap out the insole for something with a little more support.

Hey, planning to order these sneakers but don’t know what size to get. Do the V10s run small, big or normal size like getting a sneaker from Nike? Thanks 🙏 ❤

I ended up sending mine back for a half size larger and was much happier doing so. Good luck!

Veja are the most uncomfortable sneakers I have ever had in my life. I don't know why they are called comfortable. I read a lot about their comfort and that's why I decided to buy them. But unfortunately my expectations were not met. After wearing the sneakers for three days, I had to go to emergency care where I was diagnosed with tendonitis. I have been undergoing treatment for 2 months now. I spent a lot of money, but the company refused to reimburse at least the cost of the sneakers. I think anyone who cares about their feet and comfort should refuse these sneakers.

I made the same experience with their artificial leather sneakers. They need months to break in and even after that they still are not as comfortable as other sneakers.
I also had real leather sneakers from Veja before and they feel much more comfortable on the other hand.
