You did an excellent job introducing this suv. As a woman I don’t like how loud it was when you put it in high or fast mode. I also liked the hump on the hood but I didn’t see one with this suv, the hood looked smooth. I wish you could show all vehicles, especially the Lexus Sports Coup. Thank you ✝️❤️✝️
Even after 10 years this is still my favorite SUV on the market. It's such a classic, elegant, well-thought-out, and imposing look. The only brand I think really gives Infiniti a run for their money in design is Genisis. Genisis has the smooth, into the future look locked down. It would be cool to see Genisis release a hypothetical GV90 as a true body on frame monster to compete with the QX80. I would love to see how they execute that.
If you do your Amsoil synthetic oil every 5k and your transmission fluid (nissan armada/patrol fluid) every 20k, your infiniti qx80 will run over 500,000 miles with 0 issues as long as you only use 91 Octane fuel or higher. And don't forget radiator fluid every 50k miles. That's it. Ask me how I know. 😮
Как прекрасен этот автомобиль словно золотая колесница из далёкого прошло Рамзес был бы в восторге от этого чуда. Как хочется чтобы он остался таким без всяких турбин
I think it’s crazy how much they concentrate on putting monitors in the back of the seats but not keeping up with technology in the vehicle in general. That’s a bit infuriating bc the suv itself is gorgeous.
If resale is your intention get a Toyota Landcruiser or LX. But if your intention is to keep the car until the engine dies, Infiniti/Nissan big suv is your best bet and most popular open secret top suv in ME and Australia. You already get the suv for 1000s below Toyota version, with same history of building 4x4 since 1950s, etc. Nissan has 3 divisions: Big trucks (especially ones like this qx80 made in Japan). Their supercar division like Nissan GTR (also made in Japan). And then their daily driver cars (bad rep in the past when Nissan been using that FWD setup mated to Mercedes influenced CVT transmission (hence low resale value due to CVT issue with the older Nissan car models and the fault Renault got involved). But their trucks is a different story. It's Nissan/Mitsubishi full size suv on top of the food chain with Land Cruiser making top 3 (with best resale value in the market). I'm not buying these for resale. It's buy until the wheels fall off. I got a 21 LX570 V8 NA engine getting 16 mpg. Now it's a 24 QX80 with rear locker and Hydraulic suspension like the LX for $75 (17k off msrp and the last Japanese made V8 luxury truck). Also the QX80 can tow the LX570 while the LX can't tow the QX80. Ask me how i Know. 😂
Like Nissan, I think the Infiniti brand won’t be around much longer. Or at the very least Nissan will rid of the luxury brand at some point to save itself.
Yes maybe you are right there is a chance since Infinity usually doesn’t have high sales anyways as it’s a luxury brand, as for Nissan I’m not sure about certain markets but in the rest of the world and here in the Middle East its still up there with Toyota and Honda, maybe the reason is for the different cars they sell in different markets :)
its a beautiful SUV but still lacks in technology and why are they not using LED turn signals in the rear and why are they positioned on the bottom of the bumper? They couldn't incorporate an LED turn signal into the tail lamps? ALSO WHY DOESNT INFINITY MAKE THEM WITH PANORAMIC SUN ROOF???? irritating. I guarantee you sales would fly if they made those changes.
Now that the Lexus LX 600 has been updated, this QX80 feels like the last remaining dinosaur of its class.
And don't forget the Nissan Patrol
@@black6800 Nissan is not in the luxury class
I agree 💯

Glad to see that they finally updated that ancient infotainment system
All I can say is I’m driving my forth QX56/QX80 and about to get a brand spanking new 2022! She’s all I’ll drive!💯❤️
What's the point of a brand new QX80 when a Lincoln Navigator or Escalade drive better for the same price ?
man the only thing i just do not like is the rear signal lights on the lower part of the bumper... other than that i love it
Same! And the fact that they aren’t LED on top of being in the bumper.
Same idk why we need the rear signal lights all the way at the bottom.. it’s goofy af💀
That’s a cool looking SUV luxurious

Very good looking Suv imo 🤷🏻♂️
why is Infinity not updating their qx70? An absolute hit in my opinion
Great review !!!! No words needed !!
Nice looking truck, unfortunately the MPG especially this day in age makes me sad.

The depreciation of this truck is a really big number. Should I have one of those?
