But now it appears the host tries to dismiss his submissions outright, almost wanting him to stop talking before he's done. I will be equally pissed if I was Atsu. Fent should know better. All panelists present their opinions differently, it will be uninteresting if everyone used the same approach. Some of us enjoy the detailed analysis Atsu makes. Allow your panelists to make their point and stop all the unnecessary ridiculing.

I love Dani Kay but I think on this issue, he just wanted to argue because everything Coach is saying is just more or less buttressing the point made by Atsu. Southgate has done a good job but he’s not capable of taking them to the next step.

Where in the world would any analyst want to spend their entire time ridiculing another's opinion? You can disagree with someone, but trying to pick apart every opinion they express and ridicule it is both hilarious and counterproductive. Worse yet, the host couldn't moderate the situation to prevent it from escalating. What is wrong with Atsu saying that Southgate is not capable of utilizing the quality players he has effectively? Haven't we all seen some analysts questioning the coaching styles of others when we believe they can do better with the squads they have? You can say you disagree with his point/opinion, but spending your entire segment attacking everything he says and making it seem like a personal attack is unfair. The moderator should do better next time. While it's natural for the moderator to have personal opinions, their primary job is to steer the program in the right direction. We enjoy the show when it’s chaotic as it used to be but not like today. This feels awkward and moreover, we can't keep track of the points analysts want to make. Mind you, Danny had some brilliant points to make, but all were undone because he was so focused on what Atsu had said, so we couldn’t enjoy his insights. You guys can do better next time. And oh, Danny's attempt to appeal for sympathy by saying he wasn’t treated fairly because Atsu interacted with him while he was speaking seems a bit off. It's important to remember that if you spend your entire time challenging someone's opinion, it's natural for them to respond.
