Of course! I don't know if the video does it justice. The mufflers really do help as you know. Which color did you choose for your CVO?

sounds nice! KW makes some killer products. Unless something changed, you do not need to remove the tip to install the baffles, you loosen the one bolt on the bottom to allow clearance, the baffle slides right in, at least that's how my HP Plus I just bought for my 23 RGS are...

Hi, thanks for the comment. I thought the exact same thing you did, remove the one nut and they should slide in, but they don't!! The turbine tips are sharp, but must be removed to insert the louvered baffle. I wonder if other baffles would work without taking the tip off? John over at Cycle Fanatix recently made a video with these mufflers and had to remove the tips for all 3 baffles he tried. On my Ultra Limited, I have Vance and Hines Destroyer pipes and the baffles slide in and out easily. Safe travels and thanks for watching.

Do you like the saddleman Road Sofa seat? Is that the extended or standard seat? I am 5'7" and debating on the standard or extended seat so looking for advice. Ordered my 24 RG Legendary Orange last week and it should be here by early May! Super excited just going over my shopping list for items to add which will be few being its CVO. Def going with the Khrome Werks slip ons, not sure on baffles yet. Great video thanks for sharing!

1st congrats on ordering your new CVO. I'm biased when I say this, but the legendary orange is sharp! I make these videos in 4K HDR so people can see how nice it looks. You will love your new bike! There's a few glitchy headaches with the infotainment, but hopefully continued software updates will fix those. I made another video on the Saddlemen seat if you want to see it. It's not long but I will say the Saddlemen seat for me is much more comfortable. Check with Saddlemen to be sure, but the standard seat will be better than the extended reach seat; the extended reach seats are made for tall people. I liked the louvered baffles best. M8's need some back pressure for sure, so no baffles will result in a loss of power. Ride safe!!!!

@@tz1592 Nice thanks for the info. Def heard about the bugs in the skyline OS but that can be fixed over time so I am not too worried. I will def check out your video on the seat!

Louvered baffles are only needed when there are modifications to the engine (cam, big bore kit) or to lessen the sound.

New exhaust parts for a $50,000 motorcycle? I get it, have had many new Harleys. But as “Old Joe from Scranton” would say, C’mon man!!!!

I know, but the sewing machine sound the stock pipes had was meh. There will be more upgrades soon.....stay tuned.

De-Cat the header, lose the baffles and sounds much better.

The louvered baffles provide a noticeable difference in bottom-end torque . I ran a KW headpipe without baffles (while I waited for them to come in) for a couple rides and it felt neutered. Huge difference once I installed the baffles. Once I got a cam installed the tuner ran the exhaust without the baffles to show me how much torque it lost, close to 10 ft/lbs. Granted, it did sound much better at idle without the baffles. I would rather have the power though. It's insanely loud out on the road after the cam, even with the baffles.

Like Vader said you definitely don’t want to take the baffles out. This has been proven many times on the dyno. Unless all you want is sound keep the baffles.🤘🏻nice ride!
