Rudolph I have been an admirer of Professor Attila for many decades. Your video documentary on the giant of the Bronze Era was spot on. I enjoyed it immensely. Thank you for producing another gem.
3:30 this was his?!? I have become a huge huge fan of the bent press, because of strongmanarcheology, and you, Rudolf. Watched the most underrated strongman in the classic realm do it for months before I found your channel, and you taught me how to do such lol i do 2-3 reps after each Turkish get-up and I'm in love. I bent press twice a week now
Hey bud. I just bought some tricep straps from general leathercraft. They are just like the ones that Vince used for his back exercises. Might be a good video and it can help to do back exercises just like Vince did. I love them! You can custom order with the neoprene or the wool lining.
You know, I tried his light dumbbell routine for a couple of weeks. I could see that really helping someone's development if they pursued it with more dedication and focused intent than I, myself, managed to.
i would suggest a general contract towards strength "having" for anyone who aquires this knowledge. one who knows what is known officially about: Felice Napoli: can be given 100Kg (220 lbs) in deadlift 1RM Prof. Attila: can be given 100KG in squat 1RM Eugen Sandow: can be given 100Kg in bench press 1 RM in that order. the oldest point is relevant for Felice hence dead in the lift name they all are, but he is dead the longest, hence most weight towards the excersise and him. attila is the knowledge saving point (academics basis cause he was one). and walking inside the knowledge. hence a squat is best contract. and bench press for sandow due to the fact that it was also the latest excersise being developed by his own students later. a solid 300kg or 660lbs strength power basis and solid foundation. we could make it a bit more devilish and make it 666 lbs in overall sum. sounds fair cause the devil should be in the details! (just contract 5lbs into attilas original light dummbells workout and add 1 lb for potential upgrade weight to increase your strength over time into higher weights, for principle). you wont get any better one due to this historical chronological order how strength showed itself in the world. todays oldest well documented roots towards physical strength itself we could say. i did not have the knowledge when i mastered this minimum in all 3 when i was younger and i was even short on the bench with still 5kg (at least now i know why. i missed the fact for the 5lbs light dumbells excersises from prof. attila, explains why i failed to overpower that, due to the same number: 5 resonatings. 100kg bench press back then) and i wonder what it will give me in upgrades through it now. since i did not lift in a while heavy weights and switched to lighter ones instead. but the contract is solid to me. and makes the most sense in overall society how strength is being contracted itself to just have! cause i also found out there is a certain point in feeling where loading the bar with more weight is not necessarily changing how you feel with the weight in having it loaded. and it makes also a lot of sense to me contracting this feeling into this mentioned weights therefore as well! maybe its also not adding to bigger muscles getting stronger than this. size wont change above that. only strength. i think this will stem the strength exchange from human to human best. *herby Contracted* if you wanna go way above that. beat me first!!!
An interesting character!
Definitely! A wild life.
The guy who writes stuff down tends to be the guy who gets all the credit!
So true, unfortunately. While Attila was busy working and training, Sandow was busy marketing!

Me too! He is certainly a legend in the iron game
Thanks for the informative video.
Thank you for watching it!
There is but one word to describe this video lecture on professor Attila. Brilliant!

Big compliment there. Thank you! Bent presses are awesome!

Can you send me the link to them on my Instagram? I’ll pick up a pair!
1:20 i want a club like that lol clubbells are fun and incredible, to say the least
Me too! They unfortunately cost an arm and a leg to get an original that actually has some heft to it.
@@ForgottenFitness I'm fine with steel, yet I've seen some TREE TRUNK looking clubs still used in the middle east, and they carved well

Definitely, although I do think it is a limited program
If you do some light dumbbells plus some heavy strength stuff it should have a great all around result!
Great documentation. It proves once again that history is often unfair. The fame of great people sometimes seem to fade away eventually.
Thank you! I agree!
superb video!
Thank you!
