YEEEEES I just thought about the flame runner on 400cc yesterday
So looking at the stats for each vehicle and thinking that acceleration, drift and off-road, and handling are the most important stats, here is what I would put as a tier list to sorts.
S Tier(Best Vehicle): Quacker(Demolishes competition)
A Tier(Very solid choices):
Cheep Charger(Better Booster Seat),
Standard Bike S(All around solid)
Bit Bike(Solid all around for important stats)
Classic Dragster(Best mid weight kart)
B Tier(Ok choices): Booster Seat, Bullet Bike, Dolphin Dasher, Super blooper, Sugar scoot
C tier(Meh, you can still win): Standard Kart S,
Jet Bubble, Magikruiser, Standard Kart M, Daytripper, Standard Bike M, Mach Bike, Zip Zip, Wario Bike, Off-roader, Shooting Star, Flame Runner, Standard Bike L
D Tier: Everything Else
F Tier: Jetsetter

I don't know whether this is possible or not, but someone should make a gamemode called "Bullet Box" Basically like a hunt for an item box
that has a picture of a bullet bill that can guarantee a bullet bill (or by chance can be a bullet bill if re-texturing a single box is impossible) and as soon as that box is taken
another box is replaced with a "Bullet Box". The "Bullet Box" can replace any item box on the map with itself. And as soon as it's taken it turns back to a normal item box
(Unless of course it is chosen again)
