Yeah this is choux pastry puff pastry is what croissants are made of, it’s more of a dough that has a thin layer of butter in between each layer of dough and that’s what makes it flaky

Filo is very very thin. Puff has tons of butter. Choux isn’t really a dough it’s more custard like and is what eclairs and profiteroles are made of

Just to note, let the puffs/eclairs cool first before filling, if putting the filling in from below than poke a hole whilst still hot to help them dry out and keep their shape. No one likes a soggy puff
