@Charles Pendry ... get geography and verbiage correct, please. "From across America" DOES NOT mean "from the country of the u.s.a." it means from across THE entire CONTINENT of America. After all, America is a continent and not a country. Just like China is a country and not a continent. Across America can mean South America [the EURO-latin countries], Central America [the "mostly" Afro and aborigine-indo Latin countries] and of course North America [USA, Canada and Mexico]. Soooo, "across America can mean any country in one of those areas of "America".
Me neither, but the United States of America is a big place with lots of regional foods and cultures. America isn't one culture it's many, that's one of the reasons is such an interesting place.
@@amelon1803 if you look in the description it links to the recipe. It says that it is a vegetarian lobster roll. Lobster rolls are from new England so technically it is America
Never heard of "hearts of palm" and now want to try and it and enjoy it :D .. That shrimp recipe with the macaroni and served in a pineapple somehow annoyed me :D
wait a second, i know i wasn't the only one who thought they was getting ready for a seafood boil and was waiting on the crab. My wishes never come true.👁️👄👁️
These aren't "American Recipes" they're just dishes based popular foods from across the country. I've seriously never heard of any of these before except for the baked alaska.
Hey folks, acquire "knowledge" so you can get your geography and verbiage correct, please. "From across America" DOES NOT mean "from the country of the u.s.a." it means from across THE entire CONTINENT of America. After all, America is a continent and not a country. Just like China is a country and not a continent. When folks speak of Asia they only mention China as if China alone is Asia, and they do it too when they speak of America and mix it with speaking only of The USA!! Across America can mean South America [the EURO-latin countries], Central America [the "mostly" Afro and aborigine-indo Latin countries] and of course North America [USA, Canada and Mexico]. Soooo, "across America can mean any country in one of those areas of "America".
As someone who's not American I think it would've been nice if we were told where in the US these recipes are actually coming from
as someone who is American even i have no idea where these recipes are from
I don’t really care where these come from, cuz I’m not gonna cook them anyway.
