    Really helpful.Thanks but im a bit confused, in some materials ive seen 2000psi and in others, ive seen 2200psi as the pressure of gas in an O2 cylinder. why do those values vary?

      I think it's manufactures recommendation where cylinder service pressure can vary depending on the cylinder material used..some can withstand high pressure, some cant. It's better to use conversion factors given in books..for e cylinders it's 0.28.. by his formula c factor is o.3.. it's makes difference in volume of oxygen left..hope it helps

    What formula or law is the one you used for calculating the equation sir??

      For example for oxygen we can use p1v1=p2v2 to calculate the amount of oxygen we can use in the cylinder right??

      @@anujchettri3727 That is Boyle's Law which only applies to Ideal Gasses.
