I was thinking the same thing! Each cowplant should be named after one of the triplets (Brice for the one that "came back" due to the glitch). And Kayla could even use them later on to figure out who the heir will be 😏

If you have more than 8 sims in your household you can use a walk-in closet from Get Together (I can't remember if it's the 2x1 or the 2x2 one) and edit your sims separately then it won't delete them
That's so cool! Thanks for the tip. I've always wanted to play with the expanded household function, but the idea of my sims getting deleted scared me off.
@@memoriam.victoriam With MCC you can use that too to edit only one sim and it'll work even if you dont have Get Together. Just click the sim you wanna edit, choose mc command center > modify in CAS.
@@faytail Whenever I use that function with MCC, it goes into normal CAS and deletes my extended simmies :,(
@@mollymae3785 There's two different options to edit a sim in cas through mcc. One opens normal cas, the other don't. (did that mistake myself the first time).
There's "modify in cas" and "mc cas".
If you choose mc cas that's when you open normal cas. So make sure you choose modify in cas instead and you won't loose your sims!
You can also do it with MCCC it changes slightly from "edit household in cas" to "edit sim in cas" or something similar

Blake’s been around since either episode 67 or 68, 10 MONTHS AGO! They’ve lived quite a long life. And Anna was born in episode 55 which aired over a year ago. They’ve definitely been around for a mean minute. I doubt we’ll forget their names but I can’t even remember who’s Anna’s mom.
To answer your statement about the name of Anna’s mom, Anna’s mom was Terri (Terry?) And Anna’s grandparent was Cam, The heir of Gen 4 and the husband of beloved Gerald who simsie decided to kill😕

The baby aging up glitch is definitely because they’re trying to play around with the infants. Kinda a weird glitched that should be fixed but I’m super excited that they’re playing around with the ages :)

I think we should begin an unofficial (no death) Flargen challenge for the heir. Personally I'm rooting for Baby or Brice as we haven't had a male heir in a while. I hope if it's Baby that the have a career we haven't done yet, there's been a few chefs. Baby could be a doctor and we can say they are an obstetrician. Blake had a very fulfilled life, it was sad but they've seen and done so much we can have a celebration of their life when we remember them. I know it was a wild episode but seeing Anthony go right in to play was cute. Happy Birthday to Blue. On a side note I think the cowplants are perfect outdoor sitters for the kids. They'd never harm them but wouldn't hesitate to eat someone bad.
I think Baby should be an artist with the Grilled Cheese aspiration. Granted that Baby is probably already dead in terms of current episodes lol
Blake was an active sim. Active sims tend to live longer. They will live even longer if they manage to complete the active asperation which gives them a trait to facilitate that. Don't even get me started on Active Spellcasters and mermaids. They live so long they might as well be immortal. Lol. So Blake dying and being brought back to life ensured they had an EPIC lifespan.

i love this series but ahh im so sad now as we won't get much longer with pepper. it feels like so much of her life was based on getting anna (and blake) back and i wish we could have longer to get to know her outside of her parents 😭

I already commented this on another video but I wanted to comment it on an actual legacy challenge video. I think you should use Baby as the heir and they should own a restaurant but everything on the many has to have cheese on it. I think the dine out pack would be really funny to see used on this challenge as it adds chaos.

In mccc go to sim commands and there's an option to edit them in cas by themselves so it won't affect the household. There's no options to fix traits or names or whatever but you can fix clothes and makeup just fine
I just binged THE WHOLE Legacy challenge in the past two weeks. What a ride. Zero regrets. Life’s a little bit hard right now but this series helped me through the days ❤

Kayla! Use MC Command Center! Pick a toddler, click MCCC, then Modify in CAS. You’ll only be able to modify that one particular Sim & you’ll have to do each one separately but it can be done without deleting Sims. I use it all the time.
This legacy is the literal definition of cursed

I started watching Kayla's nightmare legacy challenge like 3 days ago and I have reached to part 10 I think idk it feels weird watching part 101 and then right after going back to part 11 but me watching kayla play with this chaotic playthrough has brought so much joy it's insane
I still think that because Brice wanted out of the bell family so bad, he should be a Strangerville anomaly. Any place is better than his family’s nightmare legacy, even Strangerville

Barb should be the heir. She can become a secret agent to find out the lost sibling, the switch, and the familys fishy business and also to find out why she almost disapeared.

Once we're through the 10 generations of Bell family, I'd love to see Simsie continue the legacy but start bringing in different occults for each heir, as I know that's something a little out of her comfort zone and it might jam with the nightmare theme well

The baby snail glitch happened to me the other day. It freaked me out so bad, especially when the toddlers started moving in sync

-4 days and 4.9 bonus days means that the sim got 4.9 bonus days either from maxing out a skill (I.e. fitness skill) or a life achievement and the -4 days in front of it means they are technically 4 days over their original death date and they have used 4 days of their 4.9 bonus days. Meaning they will leave 0.9 days until they die
My guess would be that since Blake had 4.9 bonus days, they got to live 5 days after their supposed death. Or maybe because they got brought back after dieing from old age, the game kinda has an invisible countdown to when the sim dies again that for some reason does not reset their days left to live?

Speaking of multiple lives & multiple tombstones...in a D&D game over a decade ago, a friend of mine was playing a female dwarven rogue, and the GM kept getting us into too-tough situations, so...Torga kept dying. And we kept bringing her back to life. The third time that it happened, we just all agreed that Torga would be getting tattoos of tombstones with the dates of her deaths & resurrections on each one. She had 6 tattoos by the time we finished that campaign! XD
I currently have a household of 11 sims:
-go into manage households
-split the household into two so they're the right amount (8 or under)
-go into CAS and edit them
-load into the original household that is at the house,
-shift click add to household on the sims you removed from the household
bit of a nightmare but you gotta do what you gotta do!
Imagine if Baby aged up with the lactose intolerant trait...that would suck, both because the trait is boring and because their name is literally a cheese brand.
That would be unfortunate, thankfully, there are now plant-based (and certified vegan) baby bell cheese wheels! 🥰✨

I think (HEAVY emphasis on think) is that because Blake got bonus days from the active trait (I think they have the active trait) and from the fitness skill their bonus days glitched and they are immortal- I have Blake in my legacy challenge and my Blake is still alive but because I gave them a cowplant life potion, so my Blake is still alive😅
This aged poorly, btw I wrote this before I finished the episode and I’m sad about Blake😭
You forgot that Pepper was going to find someone to marry within 7 days to get the money

the "bonus days" are how many days the sim's age can go into the negative. She went into -5 with 4.9 bonus days, so she (predictably) died immediately after.

It's insane how much being active extends the elder lifespan. One of my legacy heirs was and I just remember being like 'will you die already?!'

Actually, Blake died 4 times if I'm not wrong, the first time they died from being hysterical, but someone pledged for their life, then died from old age, then died from the fire but pledged for their life again, and finally died from old age again. They trully had a long life.

Blake actually was resurrected 3 times, twice by pleading (one as an elder) and once by ambrosia

Blake probably glitched a bit when you brought them back cause didn’t they have the athletic’s aspiration? If so they have the high metabolism trait that comes with it, making it easier for fitness skill and can even make your sim live longer. Sometimes it’s all in the aspirations we pick XD

When a Sim is brought back to life, they start at zero days in their current age bracket. They have, for all intent and purpose, just aged up.
Do as I did : Use MCCC and tweak the need decay rate for the babies. Setting it to something like 25% slower should be enough. I've set it to 80% slower😁
Put a BBQ or plant just in front of a cow plant. That way, no Sim can reach the cake of death.
Get the toddler beds from Ravasheen. You have the bed frame as one object, then, the mattresses as another object. The only issue is the lack of collision box, so, the Sims keep on walking through them.
I once set the maximum family size to 30. Then, my Sim paid a visit to Johnny Zest, only to find out that he lives with 4 more adults, have 7 teens, 5 kids, 3 babies and 4 of the adults, including Johnny, where pregnant. All of that in that mobile house with only one single bed. 20 Sims, soon to be 24, in a house good for only a singe occupant.

Bryce has main character energy… as a baby he almost got whisked away by a mysterious force, but another mysterious force got him back and erased his family memories… same mysterious force thinks he is a “mistake”… he’s the heir. Make him the heir, take out everyone form the house and give him a a shaggy house, a not normal job (paranormal investigator or odd jobs and painting), go met the hermit or bonehilde and marry them…
RIP Blake. Ngl i wasn’t into Blake at first but after all these episodes, they grew onto me 😢 legend sim in the Bell family!
Honestly when the toddlers age up into kids it makes the most sense for them to swap rooms with Pepper because she has that huge room all to herself and the kids need the space more for their full size beds plus toys etc and Pepper can just have a small but cosy room instead of the giant room.

I've been having elder age bugs lately too. After an update all my elder glitched out and got 150-200 bonus days. Every Mermaid sim gets tons of bonus days too. Previously it was 20-30, but now its always up to 200. Unsure if its MCCC or just the Sims
My game was doing the baby age up basinet thing too, like every time I'd put the basinet in family inventory or I'd sell it, my toddler would "age up" to toddler again and I'd get another basinet.
I swear when Anna dies I am done forever with this legacy challenge😭 I am never watching this again even tho, this is one of the very few things that actually makes me happy, I just don't want Anna to die we already have seen Blake dying,and now Pepper's going to be gone nooo!
One time I wanted to do the 100 baby challenge and I ended up with triplets on the first try. My poor sim had to stand in front of those bassinets for days because they constantly needed attention. I took this as a bad omen and never continued that challenge.
Okay so this is a personal family story, but when Kayla kept saying "baby's crying" at 4:11 it reminded me of a story of my dad. When he was a little kid in the early 70's in the first years after his younger bother was born my dad walked up to their mother holding his baby brother by the ankles upside down. He said to his mom "baby's crying" while still holding his brother upside down. My uncle was then picked up and calmed down by my grandmother. To this day my family jokes that maybe my uncle was crying due to how my father was holding him. My uncle was fine, but my goodness it made me cackle hearing Kayla say that line.

You can edit the sims individually in CAS through the MC Command Mod. That way they shouldn't be deleted.
