This is large 3 story luxury family penthouse with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. It has a gym and sauna, open concept kitchen/living/dining area, playroom, Butler's room and lots of activities.

I use no CC art from The Sims 4 gallery. Check the lot description for the hashtags of the Simmers whose art recreations I used all art work will be in the build if downloaded, you do not have to download anythng extenal. I also use the T.O.O.L mod from Twisted Mexi. All objects will stay rotated even if you don't have the mod

Hahaha! Yes, this IS the Sims, not real life. Not going to lie, though: my 1st thoughts when watching your opening sequence were from the mom/grandma in me, saying I wouldn't want any children on that swing, and oh, don't try too hard to catch the basket ball or ping-pong ball if it gets past you, and wow, the poor sims down on the street when the balls drop. LOL Gorgeous build, though! Some really innovative ideas in the furnishings. I would love to see a how-to on some of your bathroom and bedroom combos, especially.

I love how the warmth and colors used in the kids rooms are in no way jarring when paired with the more neutral, modern decor&design throughout the rest of this gorgeous penthouse! The low walls, especially near the kids’ swing set and such made me start to hyperventilate a little though both as a mom/grandma and with my fear of heights-which is doubly stupid as it’s the Sims, and before I became chronically ill I was a real estate high rise specialist lol. The art in the last bathroom made me laugh! Another amazing build that’s a treat for any Sim family luck enough to live there-including SimVirgo’s (I hope I remembered the name right!!) beautiful family! Thank you for sharing, for the hard work, and for the long hours you must put into building and editing your videos❤️

Schnuck As detail oriented as you are, I figured you were aware😄 It IS the Sims, nobody is going to fall off or get flattened on the ground by a basketball that’s reached terminal velocity, and that low curved wall looks great! IRL the glass fencing makes the most sense as it preserves the view, but honestly I think the type of wall you chose looks more welcoming and fits the style better.
The kids' toys at the edge of the roof gave me heart palpitations
The house is amazing, as always! But the editing of the objects and some walls fazing into existence rather than just suddenly appearing is blowing my mind.

Gorgeous as always! The playground area gives me heart palpation tho lol I need a higher wall around that in real life. Thank goodness falling off a high rise wasn't added as a Sim death.
