When it comes to hidden waves there’s always an ominous and/or strange feeling. They give off an aura that says “You were not supposed to find this.” That feeling is expressed in the intro of this theme perfectly setting the mood for what’s to come. So what happened that made me not like this theme so much? When it took a complete 180 with the theme and turning it into a hyperactive theme. This may be my taste sure, and it has been like this for a while because that’s how hidden things always have been: Cryptic, ominous, and maybe a bit scary and/or confusing. But this theme outside the intro doesn’t give this aura at all, in fact quite the opposite. This theme makes it seem like it wanted you to find it and it’s now celebrating. If I made this theme I’d keep it the same way as the intro: Ominous and cryptic, with perhaps a bit of dialogue. “So you have found me, this is surprising. How does this achievement make you feel? Accomplished? Shocked? Regardless of how you feel I will be sure you don’t survive it, as I… am the creator!” After the dialogue is spoke the intro music ends and the wave cues. The music still stays cryptic but gets more intense and distorted the longer it goes on. Then when the creator appears the theme kicks into what can only be described as, “A Hidden Creation.” Because the music now sounds glitched, distorted, slowed, faster and more all at the same time as if Space and time is being warped. The map itself seems to be effected by this too, parts being swapped out for something else, textures changing, it looks cursed overall. And when the creator is defeated the music just stops, with a brief pause before the creator lets out a glitched roar of defeat before a distorted explosion that leaves the map in disarray. A voice from somewhere then says, “I’ll be back for you another day, I’m the creator, I cannot stand to have my own creations become stronger than me!” Then it’s over. Like this long comment that little to nobody will read. But I hope whoever reads it likes the concept.
I think the theme is supposed to be all hyper and bombastic to make it feel like a legitimate challenge being given by a powerfull entity rather than just something you shouldn't find. Hidden wave in TDS was probably not meant to be mysterious and a really hard challenge and the music is to get you stressed and energized along to fit in with the the spam of the wave

I thought the hidden wave intro was still there now but it was glitched for some reason that's why after killing the fallen king, we waited for the hidden wave to appear because it was the intro of the hidden wave that we knew before but it was glitched or something that's why most of the enemies in hiddenwave were all broken
