Call's most powerful line is when Clara asks him if he gave Newt his name and he informs her that he gave Newt his horse. "You gave him your horse, but not your name." Call responds, "I put a lot more value on the animal than I do my name." That one line summarizes all the self-loathing Call feels and his revealing that he knows he's wasted his life and his opportunity to have a son...and that he hates himself for it.
I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve watched this mini series start to finish in a day. There will never be another Gus or Woodrow to match the originals.
My favorite quote from Augustus telling Woodrow (In an effort to remove his other leg to save his life) Augustus says: "All you do is sit on the porch and drink." Woodrow: "I like to kick a pig once in a while!"
Tell the wife now and then, after a couple of drinks “I’d like a poke.” (She always loves that😂) When Gus stands up naked out of the Montana stream : “of course I’m ready, Woodrow, don’t l look ready?” Aaaaaaannnnndddd: “the older the violin the sweeter the music.”

SpaghettiOs for dinner watching Clint Eastwood. I found this next and said realism came back for the cinema in great pictures !!
Call's last sentence, ( a man of vision you say..... hell of a vision) best ending I've ever watched.
Were there any other two men who could do this movie? Perfectly cast and acted.

Those are all great lines but I like those small simple lines like : “sleeping’ less you woke him” or “I guess if you watch you’ll find out won’t ya”
Life is short. Shorter for some than others. The best thing to do with death is to ride off from it. Let's the rest of us go to Montana.
A fair shake from the past.
Great job. I agree with your choices.
Thank you so much.
Home is where you are
A lady can cut your jugular as quick as any comanche.

Great video, but why the little thumbnail of the AI woman head with the 1950s Clutch Cargo mouth?
