This podcast really helped I am a university student who regularly uses the Pomodoro technique, however the batching tasks really helped me because I have 5 different subjects and I found that once I started batching my studies and work into categories like reading, math, and doing practice questions, it helped me focus better because I wasn't constantly switching between tasks too often after each Pomodoro session
