When I was a young boy, my parents owned a house in Fallowfield, Manchester, (Near Manchester University.) When going to bed one winters evening my three younger brothers and I saw the ghost of an old man standing above us on the stairs landing. One of us alone could have been wrong, but all four of us seeing the same apparition at the same time could have not have possibly been imagining the experience. We still refer to the supernatural sighting as "The man at the top of the stairs."
I am a house cleaner and on only 2 occasions have experienced creepy things. One beautiful house, elevated above the town with a rock lined creek next to it- there was one room i felt very uncomfortable in- funny enough there was no furniture in it. Apparently the owner didn’t go in there too much. I announced i was cleaning the floor and would be leaving. Another instance- i was in the house with a manager, i walked by a room- saw him peripherally. Walked to kitchen and he was sitting at the counter. I blurted out- wait i thought you were in the bedroom? His face became very serious and he said “you saw him too”? He relayed his experience. Once i acknowledged his presence, told him what i was doing there, never saw him again.
I live in a 1790 schoolhouse. Sometimes a spirit will make a strange noise when I have company. Unnerving to them but I tell the spirit to stop and they do. I've lived here for 32 years.
Sting told a story before that there was a small lake and an island on his property and he felt uneasy and that someone was calling upon his attention on that island. He couldn't rest until he went to the bottom of it so he arranged for some digging out there and they found human remains that they took to a graveyard and than it was quiet.

When i have woken up , in the night , and gone to the toilet ......the cat i see runs in the hall way......and stops by my feet ......at first i thourt ....i was drinking the night ..and i am tired ...and sleepy....But ....when i put my hand down to stroke it.....it would sometime go in its back ...to play with my fingers my hand.....it...likes to have my hand to try and stroke it ...and part of it goes through my hand it goes through my hand ........I know it sounds crazy but I really see the black cat ..and its shape ...
Grant Moyes If you Google cat spirits you will find they are extremely usual the reason I know is because my friend always seen cats and it's not a good thing.
I definitely have a ghost in my house, my daughter and I have both seen him sitting on our stairway and my 3 dogs will growl and bark at the stairs and there is never anything there! My whole family have heard strange noises and also seen things move this is 100% the truth!

With the name Fitzgerald I am guessing you "might" be Catholic. You could have a priest from a local parish come and bless your house. Maybe you shouldn't tell the priest why. Make up some story that your grand parents always had their house blessed by a priest and you want to continue the tradition. Of course there is always the chance that this will anger the spirit even more.
Maria S' my daughter saw him clearly just sitting on my stairs to me I only saw his feet and up to his knees he was kinda transparent and seemed to have a mist around him. My daughter saw his face and she said he also looked kinda transparent. I have a friend who is a psychic and she told me his name was Jim he was a alcoholic when he was alive and doesn’t realize he is dead yet. I handle it the same. When something weird is happening in my freaking haunted apartment I just say loud and strong: "I don't have time for that. Make your thing clear, or leave me alone." Kind of works. Before that things were always getting creepier the more I was showing that I was affected by it. You could say I was imagining shit. But nope. Many of my friends are scared to even visit me. Cause it happens when it happens.

That could have been diagnosed by the doctor, he could litterally just be susceptiable to seeing and speaking to spirits. I was like that when I was younger, seeing a lot of ghosts, weird things happening around my family and friends, it got to a point where spirits were revealing themselves not to me and whoever I was around at the time. But as an adult, I've had to shut that part of my brain off as it freaks me out too much!! I haven't seen a ghost in around 12 years now...

"Ma and Alice" at one point had formed a band of marauders and were terrorizing the West. Ma and Alice were always up to something. He called them "the Invisibles," and he had many more besides Ma and Alice. I'd like to think he wasn't merely schizophrenic, but I suppose he was....
Both our houses were haunted when I was a kid. Our road and the one next to us across the fence was all family. We all heard things out where we lived. All of the houses out there pretty much heard things. It was in a small town in Texas. Our homes were surrounded by fields. We saw so much scary stuff out there. Evil things. Crazy.

I really like the pointless things they spend so much time on in so many of the episodes like I think its called Last Salute to the Commodore where Columbo goes to the suspect's beach house and his captain sends a new guy out to accompany Columbo and he gets the weird idea to shove all of them in his little car and let the new guy drive and suggests he should test drive around the loop drive of the suspect's house. So you have Columbo, the new kid driving, the suspect all crammed in the front seat plus some people in the back and they are just driving around the loop driveway and finally Columbo points and yells 'To the highway!' Things like that are the most amusing things to me. Its pure genius.
There should legit be a podcast or show with musicians telling ghost stories. I know they have celebrity ghost stories but that show is over produced and hammed up. It would be interesting to hear about musicians because they tour the world and have probably seen many interesting places
I have spirits in my house but they are friendly. Sometimes noises would happen such as the toothbrushes rattling in the ceramic container at midnight, I have a lamp that has metal dangly things that hang from the bottom of the globe and they would make noise and move at 10pm when everyone was asleep except me and the cat and the dog were sleeping too. no fan or windows open, and I would hear shuffling noises all the time like someone was walking around the house when all was quiet, and I would also hear the faint sound of music playing. I had to tell them that they could stay but they weren't allowed to make noise and scare me and it all stopped. I have a lady that's a psychic that I've had readings from for years and she's very good and we live 2 hours away from each other and one of my readings via messenger about 6 months ago, she asked if I had energies in my house and I started laughing and said "why are they telling you?" and she said "oh they're showing me!"
Ive moved out by now but my parents house is this old farm that the city got built around, huge garden and stuff. Several people have died there and they swear there are at least two ghosts there, lived there for 17 years and never saw a thing.

Yes. I saw one regularly in the middle of the night, when I was a child. Seemed he was on a loop. He only ever came "from" the front door in his blue coveralls, set a paper grocery sack on the counter from which he picked an apple, leaned back on the counter, legs crossed and ate his apple. He would look at me but not look at me. When I was much older, renting a row house, my daughter and I experienced much much more. The handyman asked what was happening when I mentioned it. Pitter patter of feet up and down the stairs, the sound of a ball rolling across the floors. Electronics and lights switching on or off, blankets being pulled away, the cat chasing after something he was playing with, (sometimes, if on the run, the cat would try to run into the wall too) Christmas decorations got moved around and candle sticks flew. Sometimes from upstairs I would hear "Mom" and then after a "What?" remember that my daughter wasn't even home. The handyman smiled. He explained that in the early 50's there was a dirt baseball diamond where the building stood. Kids mucked about on it and one day an 8yr old boy just died right there on the field, from heart failure. Whoa! At least I learned the truth. It helped settle our fears. He said I was lucky because 2 doors down an old lady once fell down the stairs and broke her neck. The couple who had lived there in my time each said they kept hearing what they thought was their spouse falling down the stairs. Maybe the poor old ghost was on a loop, too. My Loop man did return to me. I saw it as if it were a dream as he "leaned" again, against the doorway. He proceeded to walk toward me and lift my covers to lay with me. I FREAKED and woke up! My covers were hovered above me in mid air. I grabbed them back down, tight, cursed a bit and closed my eyes! The next day I found help in cleaning the place of BOTH of them! Good riddens!!!

I would add most of the experiences are nonsense or a trick of the mind trying to make sense of what it is experiencing.
I had an experience similar to Sting- I witnessed a ghost with a friend who saw the same thing next to me. James Cordon is being incredibly rude to imply Sting must have been on drugs when he had that experience.
I swear to god I had a ghost take over my body and my dream. I was living at my mum's and my fiancé (now husband) was in bed with me. Sharing a bed with him I'm never cold. And with my dreams I can normally understand why my brain had "made" that dream if that makes sense. I was asleep and was dreaming about a big I'd say factory building, it was dark and the only thing in the room was a table with a music box on it (I know stereotypical right lol) and then I woke up and my eyes were shut and I was thinking how that dream made me uncomfortable. I turned to the left of the bed and I shit you not I felt the most cold tingling sensation through my body, every part of my body. I never felt anything like it before and I never felt it since. I opened my eyes and I saw a face like in front of me, I can't remember any details of the face but I remember acknowledging it as a face. I turned to my fiancé who was on my right, I turned back and it was gone and the heat starting coming back to my body. Anyone else?
Nikki Mae That is f*cking scary! I used to live in this house where whenever I nap in the couch, I'll always experience sleep paralysis. I thought I was already awake and I tried screaming for help because I can't move but apparently I was still asleep when I thought I was screaming. Eventually we moved out of that house and I never experienced sleep paralysis ever again. That house sure was creepy!
When I was a kid (I'm talking about like 7 years old) I had this one time in the middle in the night in my bed, where I turned to my left and saw some sort of skeleton face. An extreme sensation of fear ran through my entire body and I immediately turned back around to my right, stayed still and held my breath. After a few minutes of being in that position I thought about the situation logically and realized that if there really *were* a person next to my bed, it would've done something by now; make a noise, touch me, walk away, or at least I'd be able to hear it breathe. So, still scared of the face, I stretched my arm to the left and reached out with my hand, trying to feel for something instead of looking, but all that I felt was my blanket. So I looked back, and there was nothing there. Back then I just assumed my blanket was rearranged in a certain way that it had the features of a face (I had a nightlight in my room, so that could've adjusted the shadows for me to misinterpret it as a face) but by now I'm not completely sure if it was just my imagination.
I've awoken to a pitch black hand trying to grab me and not being able to move, and also a 8ft pitch black demon with red eyes trying to pray on me, and he was darting accross the room, climbing the walls - that really freaked me out, I couldn't stop screaming!

I have seen 2 male ghost 18 years ago at broad water farm in Tottingham. I was baby sitting my 5 year old niece at the time. Until they disappeared in front of me I didn't know what they were? So yes Ghost are real.
Listen man I believe totally in what they are saying because I saw a ghost once, not only did I see it, my friend who was with me saw it to, we saw a girl in a robe walk down the hall and she disappeared into the wall. As a child, my mom inherited her grandmother's giant emerald. It was beautiful! Whenever, I had it in my room, my bed would shake and there would be knocking, on my 2nd floor window! I used to live in a house where there was 2 children ghosts and an old man ghost my whole family have had atleast 2 paranormal experiences and even people outside of my family had seen them but the most frequent place there was a ghost was the old man in my sisters room window looking out to my garden and there was even times where my parents woke up with scratches and once my dad was getting pulled on the floor by what he explained as a cold leathery hand. There was a lot more experiences too but I was about 4/5 when I lived there so my memories are vague but I have been traumatised by what I have saw and felt and someone in my family got very depressed because of the dark presence that lived in her room (that I mentioned earlier) and her room was always freezing cold and whenever I went in there I always felt a weird sensation
I once waked up in the middle of the night and everyone was sleeping and i was in my room and when i woke up i standed up to go to the bathroom and just when i was going to the bathroom i heard some really fast walking in the hallway(my bathroom is next to may hallway) i went and saw nothing there.
Its a good idea to go outside to talk about them because they can get upset about it in their space. No Joke. My sister once lived in a haunted place and when her friends came over and talked about it a wine bottle flew off the top of the refrigerator and smashed on the kitchen floor. They were all in the living room... Her 3 year old and baby were also bothered by the ghost who seemed to like kids, but kids don't understand anything other than it being a stranger, so they'd get upset when the ghost apparently just wanted to visit them. Understandable, so she moved.
My brother has a story just like the one Sting tells and now I started to feel bad about always tell him it was just a dream (in his case he was alone).

Hmmm Here's my story - So once we had a camp at school and I joined.i was s quiet person back then and was camping with like 5 girls at night one of us wanted to use the restroom so we all went with her . We took a while to reach the school building because it was far from the camp area ..we knew Teachers would make us use the ones near the tents but one of us was feeling uneasy in there because it wasn't clean and she almost wamminted. So we snuck...one of them took long enough and then we decided to leave her and just go because we asked her if she was in there and only response we got is a nock on the toilet door so we left... back at th camp we saw her again and asked how she returned so quickly...she said...I never went with u guys...we all slept tight that night... because... even if she didn't join us. Who knocked the toilet door....who ?.…
Once i felt my dog walking on the bed while i was sleeping. I felt his little paws pushing down the matrace step by step. And i was sleeping on my side, and i put my hands from under my head next to me and i felt my dog. He was alredy sleeping on my other side (small dog). And when i touched him, at that moment i had this fright reflex, and i pulled back my hand so fast and shivered, like when you touching something scary, couse a second ago i thout my dog walking behind me on the bed, he cant be in two places in the same time, and i thout its allright he must searching his toy or something. So i was so confused i scared from my own dog literally. But something was walking behind me. I had dogs and cats before, so i was thinking it might their ghosts or something.

I had a operation in July of 2022. I spent 4 days in hospital. When I got home I was bedridden for 2 weeks. My little weiner dog passed away Jan 2022. I felt my little dog on my bed walking. And he would press against my back. 2 nights ago I heard his nails clicking on the floor as he walked behind me. I hear him all the time. It comforts me to know that he is still with me. ❤

It's weird, anytime I lived in an apartment that I felt was haunted, I never wanted to talk about it while in my apt. Something inside of me was saying "don't talk about it in here". This is something no one ever told me not to do. One night I was a awoken by the sound of a wailing woman, I opened my eyes and for a split second I saw a dark figure floating above the foot end of the bed. I called my friend just to have someone on the phone, he asked me what was wrong, but I just didn't feel comfortable telling him while I was in my apt. I know... weird.
I’ve had several experiences, the latest only a few months ago. My house was built in 1885. Bought it in late 2019. The first thing that happened was that every single alarm sensor on my downstairs windows went off one right after the other, right around the house. These windows are 8 ft off the ground in front, 10 ft on the side, and the one on the back of the house is 12-15ft. It was like someone ran around and set them off, but no person could’ve done it. The cops who responded both said they thought it was paranormal. A few months ago, I was lying in bed reading around 2:30am, the same time the alarms went off, now that I’m thinking about it. My dog was lying next to me, the cat was on the left side of the bed. My son was asleep in his room. I heard distinct, heavy footsteps go around the bottom of my side of the bed. Something then bumped into the bed where the footsteps ended. Freaked me the F out.
Corden could be such a huge $ to his guests. Having first experienced being in a haunted house when I was ten years old. There's nothing funny about the experience. It's not like ghostbusters, or Casper the friendly ghost. These entities can be downright nasty and creepy as $ because you have no idea just what you're dealing with?
I’ve seen 2 and heard countless as I’ve lived in 3 haunted houses that I rented and owned don’t know if I’m haunted .. I will say this , they are very real have powers we cannot contemplate until our time comes then it will be like right this all makes sense . I had a near death experience at 7 after a operation not the usual light tunnel thing just a voice a very calming voice that told me “ don’t worry you won’t die” at the time I was haemorrhaging from my throat after a operation so not a nice experience I dies for 6 seconds or so and saw everything not from above but from my view yet I was dead and unconscious I remember a huge calmness and telling my mum who was at my bedside don’t worry mum yet she said I never did and I was dead or unconscious at the time she arrived as hospital rang her to say look get here before he passes as it wasn’t looking good for me . Since then I suppose I have this connection..
I work at a hospital and was about to leave for the night around 10pm and went to the bathroom before I keaving. In the vents I could hear a school of children playing but it’s 10pm and there should be no large amount of children playing that late.
I think you need to define the word ghost.....there are the type that are aware and interact with you, the type who are there on special times, like watching the cinema, then there are entities like poltergeists and other unexplained things.....having said that, I have had ghosts in a lot of places where I have lived and worked, something in the air changes and you know they are there. When i first moved into my current house i saw the previous deceased occupant and i did not like going into the west wing where his bedroom had been. I am still reluctant to go there after dark but I know he means no harm xxx

When i have woken up , in the night , and gone to the toilet ......the cat i see runs in the hall way......and stops by my feet ......at first i thourt ....i was drinking the night ..and i am tired ...and sleepy....But ....when i put my hand down to stroke it.....it would sometime go in its back ...to play with my fingers my hand.....it...likes to have my hand to try and stroke it ...and part of it goes through my hand it goes through my hand ........I know it sounds crazy but I really see the black cat ..and its shape ...

I definitely have a ghost in my house, my daughter and I have both seen him sitting on our stairway and my 3 dogs will growl and bark at the stairs and there is never anything there! My whole family have heard strange noises and also seen things move this is 100% the truth!
Just say a prayer to the Divine and ask that they be crossed over into the light & you can add whatever positive thoughts to the prayer.. if they are negative just ask the Divine to cross them over into the light to be transmuted by the light into beneficial energies..

With the name Fitzgerald I am guessing you "might" be Catholic. You could have a priest from a local parish come and bless your house. Maybe you shouldn't tell the priest why. Make up some story that your grand parents always had their house blessed by a priest and you want to continue the tradition. Of course there is always the chance that this will anger the spirit even more.

Maria S' my daughter saw him clearly just sitting on my stairs to me I only saw his feet and up to his knees he was kinda transparent and seemed to have a mist around him. My daughter saw his face and she said he also looked kinda transparent. I have a friend who is a psychic and she told me his name was Jim he was a alcoholic when he was alive and doesn’t realize he is dead yet. I’ve told him to go to the light, he is dead and time to go back to source or God whatever his beliefs are and it has been pretty quiet in the last few months. Psychic also told me he had lived in my house many years ago with his mother. My house is over 130 years old and I also have other spirits here. One of my bedrooms upstairs has a little girl who lives there, many experiences with her and other family members who have slept in that room have told me about strange happenings in that room . They never scare me bc I understand who and what we are and I do not associate any kind of fear towards these entities they are just vibrating on a different frequency than us and most of them are still in beliefs they had when they were alive. The little girl has blonde hair.

I think it's because some believe that the more fear and recognition you have can give it more energy and increase it's hold on you, your family and your home. Or not. What do I know? Boo!

I handle it the same. When something weird is happening in my freaking haunted apartment I just say loud and strong: "I don't have time for that. Make your thing clear, or leave me alone." Kind of works. Before that things were always getting creepier the more I was showing that I was affected by it. You could say I was imagining shit. But nope. Many of my friends are scared to even visit me. Cause it happens when it happens.

That could have been diagnosed by the doctor, he could litterally just be susceptiable to seeing and speaking to spirits. I was like that when I was younger, seeing a lot of ghosts, weird things happening around my family and friends, it got to a point where spirits were revealing themselves not to me and whoever I was around at the time. But as an adult, I've had to shut that part of my brain off as it freaks me out too much!! I haven't seen a ghost in around 12 years now...

Both our houses were haunted when I was a kid. Our road and the one next to us across the fence was all family. We all heard things out where we lived. All of the houses out there pretty much heard things. It was in a small town in Texas. Our homes were surrounded by fields. We saw so much scary stuff out there. Evil things. Crazy.

I really like the pointless things they spend so much time on in so many of the episodes like I think its called Last Salute to the Commodore where Columbo goes to the suspect's beach house and his captain sends a new guy out to accompany Columbo and he gets the weird idea to shove all of them in his little car and let the new guy drive and suggests he should test drive around the loop drive of the suspect's house. So you have Columbo, the new kid driving, the suspect all crammed in the front seat plus some people in the back and they are just driving around the loop driveway and finally Columbo points and yells 'To the highway!'

There should legit be a podcast or show with musicians telling ghost stories. I know they have celebrity ghost stories but that show is over produced and hammed up. It would be interesting to hear about musicians because they tour the world and have probably seen many interesting places

I have spirits in my house but they are friendly. Sometimes noises would happen such as the toothbrushes rattling in the ceramic container at midnight, I have a lamp that has metal dangly things that hang from the bottom of the globe and they would make noise and move at 10pm when everyone was asleep except me and the cat and the dog were sleeping too. no fan or windows open, and I would hear shuffling noises all the time like someone was walking around the house when all was quiet, and I would also hear the faint sound of music playing. I had to tell them that they could stay but they weren't allowed to make noise and scare me and it all stopped. I have a lady that's a psychic that I've had readings from for years and she's very good and we live 2 hours away from each other and one of my readings via messenger about 6 months ago, she asked if I had energies in my house and I started laughing and said "why are they telling you?" and she said "oh they're showing me!"

Ive moved out by now but my parents house is this old farm that the city got built around, huge garden and stuff. Several people have died there and they swear there are at least two ghosts there, lived there for 17 years and never saw a thing.

Yes. I saw one regularly in the middle of the night, when I was a child. Seemed he was on a loop. He only ever came "from" the front door in his blue coveralls, set a paper grocery sack on the counter from which he picked an apple, leaned back on the counter, legs crossed and ate his apple. He would look at me but not look at me. When I was much older, renting a row house, my daughter and I experienced much much more. The handyman asked what was happening when I mentioned it. Pitter patter of feet up and down the stairs, the sound of a ball rolling across the floors. Electronics and lights switching on or off, blankets being pulled away, the cat chasing after something he was playing with, (sometimes, if on the run, the cat would try to run into the wall too) Christmas decorations got moved around and candle sticks flew. Sometimes from upstairs I would hear "Mom" and then after a "What?" remember that my daughter wasn't even home. The handyman smiled. He explained that in the early 50's there was a dirt baseball diamond where the building stood. Kids mucked about on it and one day an 8yr old boy just died right there on the field, from heart failure. Whoa! At least I learned the truth. It helped settle our fears. He said I was lucky because 2 doors down an old lady once fell down the stairs and broke her neck. The couple who had lived there in my time each said they kept hearing what they thought was their spouse falling down the stairs. Maybe the poor old ghost was on a loop, too. My Loop man did return to me. I saw it as if it were a dream as he "leaned" again, against the doorway. He proceeded to walk toward me and lift my covers to lay with me. I FREAKED and woke up! My covers were hovered above me in mid air. I grabbed them back down, tight, cursed a bit and closed my eyes! The next day I found help in cleaning the place of BOTH of them! Good riddens!!!

I would add most of the experiences are nonsense or a trick of the mind trying to make sense of what it is experiencing.

I swear to god I had a ghost take over my body and my dream. I was living at my mum's and my fiancé (now husband) was in bed with me. Sharing a bed with him I'm never cold. And with my dreams I can normally understand why my brain had "made" that dream if that makes sense. I was asleep and was dreaming about a big I'd say factory building, it was dark and the only thing in the room was a table with a music box on it (I know stereotypical right lol) and then I woke up and my eyes were shut and I was thinking how that dream made me uncomfortable. I turned to the left of the bed and I shit you not I felt the most cold tingling sensation through my body, every part of my body. I never felt anything like it before and I never felt it since. I opened my eyes and I saw a face like in front of me, I can't remember any details of the face but I remember acknowledging it as a face. I turned to my fiancé who was on my right, I turned back and it was gone and the heat starting coming back to my body.

Nikki Mae That is f*cking scary! I used to live in this house where whenever I nap in the couch, I'll always experience sleep paralysis. I thought I was already awake and I tried screaming for help because I can't move but apparently I was still asleep when I thought I was screaming. Eventually we moved out of that house and I never experienced sleep paralysis ever again. That house sure was creepy!
When I was a kid (I'm talking about like 7 years old) I had this one time in the middle in the night in my bed, where I turned to my left and saw some sort of skeleton face. An extreme sensation of fear ran through my entire body and I immediately turned back around to my right, stayed still and held my breath.
After a few minutes of being in that position I thought about the situation logically and realized that if there really *were* a person next to my bed, it would've done something by now; make a noise, touch me, walk away, or at least I'd be able to hear it breathe. So, still scared of the face, I stretched my arm to the left and reached out with my hand, trying to feel for something instead of looking, but all that I felt was my blanket. So I looked back, and there was nothing there.
Back then I just assumed my blanket was rearranged in a certain way that it had the features of a face (I had a nightlight in my room, so that could've adjusted the shadows for me to misinterpret it as a face) but by now I'm not completely sure if it was just my imagination.
I've awoken to a pitch black hand trying to grab me and not being able to move, and also a 8ft pitch black demon with red eyes trying to pray on me, and he was darting accross the room, climbing the walls - that really freaked me out, I couldn't stop screaming!

I have seen 2 male ghost 18 years ago at broad water farm in Tottingham. I was baby sitting my 5 year old niece at the time. Until they disappeared in front of me I didn't know what they were? So yes Ghost are real.

As a child, my mom inherited her grandmother's giant emerald. It was beautiful! Whenever, I had it in my room, my bed would shake and there would be knocking, on my 2nd floor window! I told my mom and we burried it!

I used to live in a house where there was 2 children ghosts and an old man ghost my whole family have had atleast 2 paranormal experiences and even people outside of my family had seen them but the most frequent place there was a ghost was the old man in my sisters room window looking out to my garden and there was even times where my parents woke up with scratches and once my dad was getting pulled on the floor by what he explained as a cold leathery hand. There was a lot more experiences too but I was about 4/5 when I lived there so my memories are vague but I have been traumatised by what I have saw and felt and someone in my family got very depressed because of the dark presence that lived in her room (that I mentioned earlier) and her room was always freezing cold and whenever I went in there I always felt a weird sensation

I once waked up in the middle of the night and everyone was sleeping and i was in my room and when i woke up i standed up to go to the bathroom and just when i was going to the bathroom i heard some really fast walking in the hallway(my bathroom is next to may hallway) i went and saw nothing there.
Its a good idea to go outside to talk about them because they can get upset about it in their space. No Joke. My sister once lived in a haunted place and when her friends came over and talked about it a wine bottle flew off the top of the refrigerator and smashed on the kitchen floor. They were all in the living room... Her 3 year old and baby were also bothered by the ghost who seemed to like kids, but kids don't understand anything other than it being a stranger, so they'd get upset when the ghost apparently just wanted to visit them. Understandable, so she moved.
My brother has a story just like the one Sting tells and now I started to feel bad about always tell him it was just a dream (in his case he was alone).

So once we had a camp at school and I joined.i was s quiet person back then and was camping with like 5 girls at night one of us wanted to use the restroom so we all went with her . We took a while to reach the school building because it was far from the camp area ..we knew Teachers would make us use the ones near the tents but one of us was feeling uneasy in there because it wasn't clean and she almost wamminted. So we snuck...one of them took long enough and then we decided to leave her and just go because we asked her if she was in there and only response we got is a nock on the toilet door so we left... back at th camp we saw her again and asked how she returned so quickly...she said...I never went with u guys...we all slept tight that night... because... even if she didn't join us. Who knocked the toilet door....who ?.…

Once i felt my dog walking on the bed while i was sleeping. I felt his little paws pushing down the matrace step by step. And i was sleeping on my side, and i put my hands from under my head next to me and i felt my dog. He was alredy sleeping on my other side (small dog). And when i touched him, at that moment i had this fright reflex, and i pulled back my hand so fast and shivered, like when you touching something scary, couse a second ago i thout my dog walking behind me on the bed, he cant be in two places in the same time, and i thout its allright he must searching his toy or something. So i was so confused i scared from my own dog literally. But something was walking behind me. I had dogs and cats before, so i was thinking it might their ghosts or something.
This happened to me!! But I woke up to feeling something walking, then laying down, like a small animal lying behind me, and another one laying infront of me
I had a operation in July of 2022. I spent 4 days in hospital. When I got home I was bedridden for 2 weeks. My little weiner dog passed away Jan 2022. I felt my little dog on my bed walking. And he would press against my back. 2 nights ago I heard his nails clicking on the floor as he walked behind me. I hear him all the time. It comforts me to know that he is still with me. ❤
We moved into a house in 2001 and a Spirit cat would brush aside my leg when I was sitting downstairs. Very simple occurrence and no more.

My husband is a non- believer, after an intense debate one evening he announces- if anything is here please show yourself. I told him to knock it off! That night he fell asleep on the couch. I awoke to my bed shaking! I announced- it wasn’t me, it was him! It never happened again. My house is not that old, but there have been 3 deaths- 2 natural causes, 1 freak accident.

It's weird, anytime I lived in an apartment that I felt was haunted, I never wanted to talk about it while in my apt. Something inside of me was saying "don't talk about it in here". This is something no one ever told me not to do. One night I was a awoken by the sound of a wailing woman, I opened my eyes and for a split second I saw a dark figure floating above the foot end of the bed. I called my friend just to have someone on the phone, he asked me what was wrong, but I just didn't feel comfortable telling him while I was in my apt. I know... weird.

I’ve had several experiences, the latest only a few months ago. My house was built in 1885. Bought it in late 2019. The first thing that happened was that every single alarm sensor on my downstairs windows went off one right after the other, right around the house. These windows are 8 ft off the ground in front, 10 ft on the side, and the one on the back of the house is 12-15ft. It was like someone ran around and set them off, but no person could’ve done it. The cops who responded both said they thought it was paranormal.
A few months ago, I was lying in bed reading around 2:30am, the same time the alarms went off, now that I’m thinking about it. My dog was lying next to me, the cat was on the left side of the bed. My son was asleep in his room. I heard distinct, heavy footsteps go around the bottom of my side of the bed. Something then bumped into the bed where the footsteps ended. Freaked me the F out.

I’ve seen 2 and heard countless as I’ve lived in 3 haunted houses that I rented and owned don’t know if I’m haunted .. I will say this , they are very real have powers we cannot contemplate until our time comes then it will be like right this all makes sense . I had a near death experience at 7 after a operation not the usual light tunnel thing just a voice a very calming voice that told me “ don’t worry you won’t die” at the time I was haemorrhaging from my throat after a operation so not a nice experience I dies for 6 seconds or so and saw everything not from above but from my view yet I was dead and unconscious I remember a huge calmness and telling my mum who was at my bedside don’t worry mum yet she said I never did and I was dead or unconscious at the time she arrived as hospital rang her to say look get here before he passes as it wasn’t looking good for me . Since then I suppose I have this connection..

I think you need to define the word ghost.....there are the type that are aware and interact with you, the type who are there on special times, like watching the cinema, then there are entities like poltergeists and other unexplained things.....having said that, I have had ghosts in a lot of places where I have lived and worked, something in the air changes and you know they are there. When i first moved into my current house i saw the previous deceased occupant and i did not like going into the west wing where his bedroom had been. I am still reluctant to go there after dark but I know he means no harm xxx
