This can't have worked out well cos the chocolate wasn't tempered. So there is no snap to the chocolate then. If you did use tempered then no-one would know and so many people would have wasted expensive ingredients. Plus the pistachio doesn't look like other recipes I've seen. I think you've used the wrong mixer to blend pistachios. If u used one with a bigger blade it would have released its own oil. It looks too thick.
@@RayRaza787 I was making this chocolate for my personal use, not for sale😀 it was not tempered because I’m not professional pastry cook, although my chocolate was very delicious and I ate it all though it was not tempered😀 so I don’t really understand how people would waste very expensive ingredients. It worked out very well) you just have to keep it in fridge
You look pretty. Btw, you should temper ur chocolate (couverture one), so it will not melt easily and have a "snap" too.
