Interesting video, not something you see every day. Would be a nice touch to see one burn at the end, like most other fireworks. They may not do anything special or colorful, but they're used in every firework and serve an important function. Nice work
The burn rate should be consistent because the same quantity sticks to each section of fuse via capillary action once it is absorbed it rapidly loses moisture plus it's being spun until ita dry ensuring gravity cannot pull the mixture to one side
@@HarshaJSMit actually slows burn rate overall but that's made up for by just having enough there to actually burn good in the first place. But yes it's usually starch or dextrin as a binder.
The least they could do is use gloves for mixing. They love to use their hand for every piece of work. Since this video is aired for all to watch there are bound to receive comments and suggestions. I hope employers have the decency to relook into the process to improve and innovate rather than living in Stone Age. Bear in mind they don’t use fork and spoon to eat. They use bare hand. Time to change. Welfare and health of this poor people need to take into account. No point airing to gain sympathy
@@TheCameltotem My comment was in reference to the fact that they may be unaware of the effects on the body that inhaling that stuff can have. I made no reference to where they worked or the state of employment in their country. My concern was for their health and well being. But by all means, continue your pointless tirade as you pat yourself on the back. Your idiocy is hilarious.
Very dangerous and hard working people we celebrate all functions with crackers and support our people's. JAIHIND. 🙏👏👍👌🇮🇳.
Yes , workers are very poor life living, daily wages just 250 rs male and 150 rs female
Only owners have got heavy profit... !
Excellent video, I can't get over how fast the lady can wrap the fuse in paper. I wish I had slow motion on my phone.❤
Set to 0.25× playback

You should find some cloth to cover your nose. Chemicals are dangerous to your health. But you and your team are very good.👍👍👍
Sehr fleißige Menschen , Respekt vor dieser Leistung !!!
Super happy diwali🎉🎉

Amazing fast & skilled process !!
That would be great if they get safety equipment like masks and gloves
Учитывая что он сохнет в вертикальном положении, можно предположить что внизу получится более скоростное горение шнура, чем вверху. 🤔
Скорость горения зависит от химического состава, так что как не суши гореть будет одинаково.

What chemical is the adhesive material for the rope?
It's commonly wet starch because when it dries it gives structure and adds burn rate
probably wheat paste. Boil water than add flour, very cheap and easy to make.
@@HarshaJSMit actually slows burn rate overall but that's made up for by just having enough there to actually burn good in the first place. But yes it's usually starch or dextrin as a binder.
Not the wisest video title but it sure made me click! 😂

Their skin, their lungs and basically their every organ is exposed to the chemicals.

why its so hard for them to wear protection?
its cheap labor and production, economical reasons.
I find it odd how your black match burns so inconsistent and fast

Me gustaria saber cómo curan estas personas las tendinitis
😢 they should must provide safe gloves and clothing
The factory owner should at least provide gloves and masks to them
The factory owner is themselves.
Factory owner does'nt care. It was like this in Europe and USA too. Cursed unions and leftist politicians made the change.
How do we order all of this???
Yeah I need some fuse. It's so useful. Can be used in making own cr@ckers and be used in making chain and customising cr@ckers with this fuse and more
Is life so cheap in India and Pakistan that no one is willing to provide their workers with effective PPE?
Give them a mask 😮
❤
без огонька, скчно)
I don't see any of the people in the video complaining. Bunch of keyboard warriors and Karens

Clearly they're unaware of the effects these chemicals have on the body. Especially if ingested.
haha jesus christ, talk about privilege. Does it look like they can just go to McDonalds next door and apply for a job?
