What makes you say that? I did not notice any raw materials from the USA in this film. Would not make sense anyway, why import raw materials from the USA to India for fireworks making? India has its own chemical industry that produces raw materials of sufficiently high purity as long as one has the money for them and they are cheaper than imported materials. Same for the paper products used.
